Da mein Freund, der normalerweise mit mir lebt, für drei Monate in Leipzig ist, würde ich die Wohnung für diesen Zeitraum gerne in eine kleine WG umwandeln :)
Einzugsdatum wäre frühestens der 30.03, spätestens der 15.04.
Auf den Bildern siehst Du das Zimmer im aktuellen Zustand. Je nach Absprache können wir natürlich das Sofa mit einem Bett austauschen (Matratze und Bettgestell vorhanden) oder z.B mit einem Futon schlaffreundlicher gestalten. Außerdem sind mittlerweile Vorhänge vorhanden, um das Zimmer etwas abzudunkeln. Grundsätzlich soll die Gestaltung des Zimmers, sowie der Austausch und der Verbleib der verschiedenen Möbel (z.B Kommode für Klamotten) zusammen mit Dir stattfinden, sodass Du dich am Ende wohl fühlst und alles hast, was du brauchst. An dieser Stelle will ich noch anmerken, dass es zwar eine Tür zwischen deinem und meinem Zimmer gibt, diese wird aber für den Zeitraum schalldicht isoliert. Die meisten vorhandenen Möbel können ansonsten den Bildern entnommen werden :)
Das Zimmer ist vor allem Frühs und Vormittags sehr schön lichtdurchflutet und kann dann Abends durch verschiedene Lichtquellen im Raum möglichst gemütlich gemacht werden.

Since my boyfriend, who usually lives with me, is in Leipzig for three months, I would like to convert the apartment into a small shared flat for this period :)
On the pictures you can see the room in its current condition. Depending on the agreement, we can of course exchange the sofa for a bed (mattress and bed frame available) or make it more sleep-friendly with a futon, for example. In addition, there are now curtains to darken the room a bit. Basically, the design of the room, as well as the exchange and whereabouts of the various pieces of furniture (e.g. chest of drawers for clothes) should take place together with you, so that in the end you feel comfortable and have everything you need. At this point I would like to point out that although there is a door between your room and mine, it will be soundproofed for the period. All existing furniture can otherwise be taken from the pictures :)
The room is flooded with light, especially in the morning and in the morning, and can then be made as comfortable as possible in the evening by various light sources in the room.

Sämtliche Cafes und Bars sowie der schöne Nürnberger Stadtpark sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Grundsätzlich ist man durch die U-Bahn quasi direkt vor der Haustür schnell an allen möglichen Orten in ganz Nürnberg. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es ins Zentrum etwa 10 Minuten.

All cafes and bars as well as the beautiful Nuremberg city park are also within walking distance. Basically, you can quickly get to all sorts of places in Nuremberg with the subway, almost right on your doorstep. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the center by bike.
Ich bin Paula, 24, und bin aktuell in meinem ersten Jahr als Referendarin an der Grundschule Bismarckschule (direkt gegenüber). In der Regel bin ich unter der Woche bis Nachmittags mit der Arbeit einigermaßen beschäftigt, ansonsten aber immer gerne offen für sämtliche Aktivitäten - egal ob ein entspannter Spaziergang, ein Eis essen um die Ecke, gemeinsam kochen, Second Hand Shoppen oder Abends ein entspanntes Bier oder ein Glas Wein. Falls Du das willst, kann ich dir außerdem gerne meine Lieblingsecken in Nürnberg zeigen oder die Stadt gemeinsam mit dir neu erkunden. Hin und wieder genieße ich es aber auch einfach mal Zeit alleine zu verbringen :)
Mir ist ein harmonisches und offenes Zusammenleben sehr wichtig, bei dem wir uns und unsere Präferenzen gegenseitig respektieren. Wenn du also Zeit für Dich haben willst, verstehe ich das natürlich jederzeit! Allgemein Ordnung und Sauberkeit sind für mich selbstverständlich.
Wir teilen uns eine große Küche, die auch beispielsweise zum Arbeiten genutzt werden kann, sowie unseren gemeinsamen Balkon (+Hängematte).

I'm Paula, 24, and I'm currently in my first year as a trainee teacher at the Bismarckschule elementary school (directly opposite). As a rule, I'm reasonably busy with work during the week until the afternoon, but otherwise I'm always open to all kinds of activities - whether it's a relaxed walk, eating ice cream around the corner, cooking together, second-hand shopping or a relaxed beer in the evening or a glass of wine. If you want, I can also show you my favorite corners of Nuremberg or explore the city with you. But sometimes I just enjoy spending time alone :)
A harmonious and open coexistence, in which we respect each other and our preferences, is very important to me. So if you want to have time for yourself, of course I understand that at any time! General Order and cleanliness are a matter of course for me.
We also share the large kitchen and our common balcony (+hammock).
