Demnach ist man einerseits super schnell sowohl an den Orten wo das Leben tobt, andererseits liegt das Haus auch wirklich ziemlich ruhig.

So on the one hand it takes little time to go where life is happening, on the other hand the house is also really quite quiet.

Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert, konkret heißt das: Ich würde dir die Balkonmöbel und den Kleiderschrank überlassen, da ich meine Möbel mitnehmen werde. Abgesehen davon ist die Einrichtung des Zimmers völlig dir überlassen ^^

Außerdem kannst du, falls du ein Fahrrad hast, es entweder ziemlich gut vor dem Haus anschließen oder in dem Fahrradkeller des Hauses abstellen.
Auch gut zu wissen: In der vor wenigen Jahren sanierten Küche gibt es eine Geschirrspülmaschine und im Bad eine Waschmaschine! Abgesehen davon haben wir auch die Möglichkeit im Keller Wäsche aufzuhängen (dort hängen in einem Gemeinschaftsraum Wäscheleinen), es gibt einen gemeinschaftlich genutzten Garten vor dem Haus und du kannst auch einen Auto Stellplatz mieten.

Wer deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner:innen sein werden steht noch nicht 100% fest, nach aktuellem Stand wirst du mit Sasha (23, Master BWL) und Sahar (27, Master AI) zusammenwohnen :D - mit ihnen teilst du dir Küche, Bad, WC, Essbereich, Kellerabteil und ein hoffentlich sehr schönes gemeinsames WG-Leben :)

Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du einen gesunden Sinn für Ordnung und Sauberkeit mitbringst - wir teilen die Wohnung mit einem Putzplan in Bereiche auf, jede:r ist für einen zuständig.

The room is partially furnished, which means that I would leave you the balcony furniture and the wardrobe, as I will be taking my furniture with me. Apart from that, the room's furnishings are entirely up to you ^^

In addition, if you have a bike, you can either lock it up in front of the house or park it in the bike storage room in the basement of the house.
Also good to know: There is a dishwasher in the kitchen (the kitchen was renovated a few years ago) and a washing machine in the bathroom! Apart from that, we also have the option of hanging up laundry in the basement (there are washing lines in a common room), there is a communal garden in front of the house, and you can rent a car parking space.

It is not yet 100% certain who your future flatmates will be, but as things stand at the moment, you will be living with Sasha (23, Master student in Business Administration) and Sahar (27, she’s a Master student in AI) :D - you will share the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, dining area, basement storage space and, hopefully, a very pleasant flat-sharing experience with them :)

We would appreciate it if you have a healthy sense of order and cleanliness – we divide the flat into areas with a cleaning schedule, and everyone is responsible for their own area.
