Ich als Hauptmieter werde mal da sein oder aber nicht, die Wohnung ist groß genug...
Im zu vermietenden 20 qm-großen Zimmer gibt es ein großes Doppel-Bett, einen Schreibtisch, Regal, Schrank und natürlich Sitzmöglichkeiten.
Der Holzdielenfußboden sowie große Fenster mit Blick über den Park Sanssouci macht das Zimmer umso schöner.
Die Lage direkt am Park ermöglicht ein schnelles Erreichen der Innenstadt, dem Universitätsgebäude am neuen Palais oder mit dem Fahrrad sind es 20 min bis nach Golm.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel Tram, Bus, Regionalbahn sind fußläufig 8 Minuten entfernt und mit Regionalverkehr sind es etwa 30 Minuten bis Berlin.

Also ob PhD, Student/in oder Praktikant/in oder Angestellte/r oder Pendler, die Wohnung bietet alle Vorzüge Potsdams als besonderen Wohnort.

Die Küche ist eine vegetarische Küche.

Sometimes i will be there myself, sometimes absent, the flat is big enough...

The 20 qm-room is equipped with a large double bed, a desk, shelf, cabinet and armchairs.

The beautiful wood plank floor and giant window with a view over the park Sanssouci makes the room a gem .

The location right on the park allows you to fastly reach the citycenter, the university at the "Neues Palais" , or by bicycle it is 20 minutes to get to "University Golm", via train 30 minutes to berlin.

btw you could rent a bike even from us...

and the kitchen is a vegetarian one

So whether PhD student, trainee or employee, commuter, this room has all the merits of Potsdam as a special place to live.
