The room is 15 meter square and is fully furnished: It has a queen size bed with a mattress, a desk, two drawers and a big closet(the rest I bought and will probably take with me when I move out). It is also equipped with two big windows and two radiators for the cold winter. All of this should be shown in the pictures!

The location of the building is an advantage: Tram is reachable within 3 Min. of walking which goes to the Hbf in 5 Min. . Netto and other markets are equally 7-8 Min. far. And the university is usually reachable within 25 Min. with the tram and bus.

We are looking for a new tenant for this beautiful room in our flatshare. Communication and respect is the key in every flatshare including ours! We will expect you to be able to clean after yourself and also on your cleaning turn (the cleaning should be on weekly basis so each flatmate cleans every three weeks).

The flatshare has 3 rooms in total, a living room with a small kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen has a dishwasher, an oven and a fridge. The bathroom has a washing machine and a dryer. Again, as it is shown in the pictures!

Flatmates:
1. Ali, 29 years old student doing his Masters in Computer Science at the UdS. Likes to spend most of his time in his room working or watching movies, and he cooks really well too ;).

2. Zain, 30 years old student also doing his Masters in Computer Science at the UdS. Currently has a job so in most of the working days he is not at home. Likes to listen to music and play cricket!

We would like it if you sometimes come out of the room and chat but we also respect and totally accept it, if you like to stay in your own room to study or work. Every flatmate is required to keep the place organized and shall any distrubance occure, communication is the solution!
