2OG WOHNUNG MIT GROßEM BEDACHTEM BALKON CA 20 M2 UND EINEM EXTRA WOHNZIMMER. DIE BESTEN VORAUSSETZUNGEN FÜR EINE SCHÖNE WG!
Nach einer Komplettsanierung wurde diese Wohnung zum ersten Mal im September von Studenten und jungen Berufstätigen bezogen. Wir suchen eine/n nette/n Mitbewohner/in (Studenten/junge Berufstätige zwischen 18-29 Jahren), die Wert auf schönes Wohnen, Gemeinschaft und Sauberkeit legen.
Das gesamte Gebaüde wurde vor Kurzem hochwertig und modern renoviert. Die Wohnung ist mit massiven italienischen Fliesen (Küche, Bad, WC) und Parkett (Zimmer) belegt und verfügt über ein modernes Bad mit Regendsuche und Pissoir. Außerdem ist eine moderne Küche inkl. neuer Spülmaschine, großem Kühlschrank, großzügige Arbeitsplatte usw. vorhanden. Eine brandneue Waschmaschine ist ebenso vorhanden. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und verfügt über elektrische Rolladen.
Die Lage ist ruhig und befindet sich in der Nähe der Natur (Wald und Feldwege) in Stuttgart-Möhringen. Zu Fuß erreicht man in 5-10 Minuten die U-Bahn Station, sowie in 100m Entfernung eine Bushaltestelle. Sportmöglichkeiten von Reiten bis Schwimmen sind in ca. 500m Entfernung vorhanden. Das Haus wird zentral von einer neuen Anlage mit Solarwärmetauscher beheizt.
Wichtig: Das Zimmer kann auch möbliert werden. Die Kaltmiete würde sich demnach um EUR 15,- monatlich erhöhen.
2nd-floor apartment with large covered balcony (30 m2) and an extra living room. The best conditions for a beautiful apartment!
The building has just been renovated into a modern and living space! The flat features massive Italian tiles and parquet flooring. The room is very bright and has big windows with electric blinds that make it totally dark. The apartment has a very modern bathroom including a shower and pissoir, as well as one extra guest bathroom and sink. Additionally, there is a brand new kitchen with a new dishwasher, an oven, and a large fridge. A washing machine is also available. The running water in the building is partially heated by solar panels! We seek nice and responsible tenants, who value and contribute to a pleasant atmosphere in the apartment :)
The location is quiet and close to nature (forest and field paths) in Stuttgart-Möhringen. On foot, you can reach the U-Bahn (subway) station in 5-10 minutes, as well as a bus stop within 100m distance. Sports facilities from horseback riding to swimming are available in about 500m distance. The house is centrally heated by a new system with a solar heat exchanger.
Important: The room can also be offered furnished. The cold rent would increase by EUR 15.-/Month.
Das Gebaüde ist in Stuttgart- Möhringen. Eine Bushaltestelle (Jelinstraße) ist nur 2 min entfernt. Mehrere U-Bahn Stationen sind auch in der Nähe (Rohrer Weg, Plieninger Straße, Vaihinger Straße). Möhringen Zentrum liegt nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, wo Banken, Restaurants, und Supermärkte zu finden sind.
The building is situated in Stuttgart Möhringen. A bus connection is just 2 minutes walking distance, and several U-Bahn stations are also just a few minutes away! Möhringen center is also just 5 minutes away on foot, offering several banks, restaurants and supermarkets. An added perk is also the Jamaican jerk chicken restaurant, which is only 1 street away!
