vor dem Haus ist verkehrsberuhigte Spielstrasse, die Wohnung ist jedoch straßenabgewandt, mit Bäumen im Hinterhof, also nachts recht ruhig, liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig, 4 Minuten zu allen S-Bahnen S1-S6, Bus 42 und 44
Geschäfte, wie Supermärkte 4-5 Min. entfernt, Park im Block-Inneren gegenüber
die Mitbewohnerin ist Inderin und, spricht noch besser englisch als deutsch. Sie ist nett und liebt es sauber.
