Helles WG-Zimmer in offener, freundlicher 5er WG - 3 WGs in einem Haus

Die Lage ist perfekt, um schnell in der Uni oder in der Stadt zu sein.
Bus ist in 2-3 Minuten erreicht, von da geht es alle 10 Minuten in die Stadt oder zur Uni (beides ca. 10 Minuten).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind indirekter Nähe zur Wohnung, Netto in 5 und Rewe in 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein paar Minuten weiter findet ihr ebenfalls DM & Lidl.

Außerdem ist die WG perfekt für Ausflüge ins Grüne gelegen, denn nach wenigen 100 Metern beginnt das Aveler Tal mit seinen Weinbergen, die super für Sport oder Ausflüge geeignet sind.

The location is ideal for getting to the university or the city quickly.
The bus is 2-3 minutes away, from there you can get to

the city or the university every 10 minutes (both about 10 minutes away).
Shopping facilities are in the close neighbourhood of the flat, Netto in 5 minutes and Rewe in 7 minutes walking distance. DM and Lidl are only a few minutes further on. In addition, the apartment is perfectly located for trips into the countryside, as the Avelertal with its vineyards begins just a few hundred metres away and is ideal for sports, hiking or just some time at fresh air.

Zusammen mit Leonie (28 - promoviert in Sozialwissenschaften), Timo (25 - studiert Wirtschaftsinformatik im Master), Christin (22 - studiert Psychologie im Bachelor) und mir, Vanessa (25 - studiere Psychologie im Bachelor) wirst du eine super Zeit in der WG erleben.
Wir sind mega aufgeschlossen, verbringen gerne gemeinsame Abende in der Küche, beim Kochen, Essen, Quatschen und Spielen. Hoch im Kurs steht der Klassiker Wizard, aber auch jede Menge andere Spiele stehen zur Verfügung. Es ist also wirklich für jeden was dabei.
Hin und wieder wird auch gemeinsam ausgegangen oder im Garten zusammen mit den beiden weiteren WGs im Haus gegrillt, Pizza bestellt oder einfach der Abend mit einem Glas Wein, Bier oder Cocktail genossen.

Trotzdem versteht hier jeder, wenn du mal Zeit für dich brauchst, jeder zieht sich hier auch mal für sich zurück. Du kannst dir also jede Auszeit nehmen, die du brauchst.

Together with Leonie (28 - doing a PhD in Social Sciences), Timo (25 - studying Business Informatics in Master), Christin (22 - studying Psychology in Bachelor) and me, Vanessa (25 - studying Psychology in Bachelor) you will have a great time in the shared flat.
We are very open-minded and enjoy spending evenings together in the kitchen, cooking, eating, chatting and playing games. The classic game Wizard is very popular, but there are also a lot of other games available. So there really is something for everyone.
Every now and then we go out together or have a barbecue in the garden together with the other two flatmates, order pizza or just enjoy the evening with a glass of wine, beer or cocktail.

Nevertheless, everyone here understands when you need time for yourself, everyone retreats here sometimes for themselves. So you can take any time out you need.

Über die App Flatastic organisieren wir unseren Putzplan und die gemeinsamen Ausgaben wie z.B. Klopapier oder Spüli. Wir sind trotz 5 Personen eine saubere WG und legen in den Bädern und der Küche hier besonders Wert drauf! Also sollte es dir nicht fremd sein, auch mal einen Lappen in die Hand zu nehmen. 😁

Das Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht gestattet. Du kannst zum Rauchen vor die Tür gehen oder in den Garten. Timo sitzt auch gerne mal mit seiner Shisha im Garten und sucht immer mal jemanden der sich ihm anschließt oder sich einfach zum quatschen dazu setzt. 😉
Sonstige Drogen, auch Marihuana, sind bei uns nicht willkommen.

Jeder hat im Kühlschrank ein eigenes Fach und außer Sachen wie z.B. Ketchup, Gewürze o.ä., kauft jeder selber ein.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und dient auch als gemeinsamer Treffpunkt.🤗

Im Keller findest du außerdem Waschmaschinen und Trockner, mit Platz um deine Klamotten aufzuhängen, daneben einen Fahrradkeller und Abstellraum (wir haben auch einen Dachboden, um Zeug zwischenzulagern).

Wir suchen einen netten, aufgeschlossenen und lustigen Mann (Verstärkung für Timo, da wir im Haus sonst nur Frauen sind.), der studiert, der sich gerne in das WG Leben einfügt und an unseren gemeinsamen Aktivitäten (innerhalb der WG oder im Haus) mit Freude teilnimmt. 😃

About the app Flatastic we organize our cleaning schedule and the common expenses such as toilet paper or dishwashing liquid. Despite 5 people, we are a clean flat-sharing community and place particular emphasis on the bathrooms and kitchen! So it should not be foreign to you to also take a rag in hand. 😁

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. You can go outside the door or in the garden to smoke. Timo also likes to sit in the garden with his shisha and is always looking for someone to join him or just sit down to chat 😉.

Everyone has their own compartment in the fridge and except for things like ketchup, spices or the like, everyone buys themselves.
The kitchen is fully equipped and also serves as a common meeting place.🤗

In the basement you will also find washing machines and dryers, with space to hang your clothes, next to it a bike cellar and storage room (we also have an attic to store stuff temporarily).

We are looking for a nice, open-minded and fun man (reinforcement for Timo, since we are otherwise only women in the house.), who studies, who likes to fit into the WG life and participates in our common activities (within the WG or in the house) with pleasure. 😃
