Das Zimmer ist hell 20 Quadratmeter groß und hat hohe Decken. Es ist (Teil-)Möbliert mit Bett, kleinem Sofa und Schreibtisch. Geheizt wird mit einer zentralen Pelletheizung.
Die Wohung liegt in einer zentralen und trotzdem ruhigen Lage in der schönen Südstad. Bäcker, Supermäkte und Kneipen sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, in die Innenstadt und zur Uni kommt man mit öffentlichen verkehrsmitteln oder zu Fuß ebenfalls in kurzer Zeit.
In der Wohnung leben ein MA- Studetn der Pharmazie und eine Studentin der Erziehungswissenschaften.
Es gibt in der Wohnung eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit Balkon. Das Zimmer ist kurzfristig frei, da eine Mieterin eine Wohnung mit Ihrem Freund zusammen bezogen hat doppelt zahlen blöd ist. Im Haus leben noch Studenten und eine Familie, ein vertrauensvolles harmonisches Miteinader ist uns wichtig und macht das Leben hier angenehm.
INternet gibt es natürlich auch und ist in der Miete inbegriffen. Es kommen keine weiteren Konsten hinzu.
