We are offering a cozy 15 sqm room with a private bathroom in our house. The room is located under the roof, features its own Swedish wood-burning stove, and offers a lovely view of the greenery – a comfortable and peaceful place to live.

In addition, a studio in the attic with a rooftop terrace and sofa can be shared and used for relaxing or working.

We are Laura from munich, joseph from france and our 4 year old son. We appreciate a friendly and respectful atmosphere in the house. Shared interaction is welcome but completely optional – privacy and personal space are naturally respected.

The house includes a beautiful garden, which can also be used.

The lake and the S-Bahn station are just a 3-minute walk away. With the S8, you can reach Marienplatz in about 40 minutes, making it convenient for commuters.

Weekend commuters are very welcome, as well as employees of the German Aerospace Center or anyone looking for a quiet and pleasant place to stay.
