Hey there! We've got a cozy room available for sublet from the beginning of July until the end of September 2026. It's got a window facing the courtyard, which means you can enjoy some peace and quiet — a rarity in the heart of Vienna!

The room comes fully furnished with all the essentials: a comfy 1.40m bed, a couch for lounging, a desk for when you need to be productive, and a wardrobe for all your stuff. It's got natural light too, perfect for those lazy Sunday mornings. The furniture stays in the room, but if you need us to move single items, we can figure that out.

Our apartment is pretty spacious. We've got a nice kitchen, two bathrooms, and a separate toilet (that's 2 showers and 2 toilets in total). Trust us, you'll appreciate this on busy mornings! We also have 2 coffee machines, a SodaStream, and all of that stuff.

The flat is on Fasangasse in Vienna's 3rd district — one of the best-connected and most underrated parts of the city. There's a bakery right in the building (yes, fresh bread downstairs), a supermarket just around the corner, and Schweizergarten is basically next door — perfect for runs, picnics, or coffee in the grass. Belvedere is a short walk away too, so weekend strolls are kind of built in.

Public transport is excellent: Tram O stops directly in front of the house, and the S-Bahn (Quartier Belvedere / Rennweg) is just a few minutes on foot. You can get to WU in around 25 minutes door to door, and the city center (Stephansplatz) is about 25 minutes. If you cycle, Vienna's bike infrastructure makes everything even faster.

Your potential new flatmates are Blake and Niko. Blake is doing his master's, works as a barkeeper, and is into hitting the gym. Niko is completing his master's at WU and is into sports (active or passive — Sturm Graz!), politics and partying. We are both fluent in German and English so communication won't be a problem.

The room belongs to Daniel, who's heading to Munich for an internship from July to September — that's why we're subletting for these months. We've been in Vienna for 4 years now and like to think we've got a good balance going. We enjoy exploring the city on weekends, whether it's house parties, clubs, or trying out new spots. At home, we often end up hanging out in the kitchen, cooking, chatting, or debating over a meal.

We keep the place clean without being obsessive about it. Everyone does their part, and it's worked out well so far. We're also into Spikeball and table tennis, so prepare for some friendly competition!
