Berlin Kreuzberg, teilmöblierte Wohnung

We are subletting our apartment for one year, as we will be traveling frequently during that time.

The apartment will be partially furnished, though not all furniture shown in the photos will be included. What will likely be available: a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, and refrigerator, storage space in the hallway, and a built-in wardrobe in the bedroom.

A couch can be provided if needed, but are optional. Also a small table + chair + small bench on the balcony will stay.

Eating table, bed, plants, mirrors, etc. will NOT be in the apartment, please note. :)

This setup gives you the opportunity to make the space your own and furnish it according to your personal taste during your stay.

There may be the possibility to extend beyond the one-year period or to take over the lease afterward, though this is not guaranteed.

Please note that the apartment will initially be rather minimal in its setup. If you value a cozy, homey atmosphere, you should be open to adding your own personal touches.

The neighbors are friendly, and the apartment is filled with natural light – a truly happy place.

Wifi is included in the price.
