Ich vermiete meine gemütliche und liebevoll eingerichtete Studiowohnung vom 09.05.-16.05.24 an rücksichtsvolle Menschen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 5. Etage ohne Fahrstuhl mit wunderbaren Blick über Berlin.
Es gibt ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer mit Bett 1,40m breit für 1-2 Personen, Bettwäsche, Handtücher
ein Bad mit Wanne und Waschmaschine,
eine voll ausgestattete Küche und
ein Zimmer mit Balkon.
WLAN
Das große Zimmer nutze ich als Arbeitszimmer, weshalb 2 große Arbeitstische darin stehen und ein gemütliches Sofa. Deshalb lohnt sich die Wohnung optimal für Leute, die für ein paar Tage in Berlin arbeiten wollen. W-LAN ist auch vorhanden. Meine Arbeitssachen räume ich zur Seite, damit du genügend Platz für deine Sachen hast.
Wenn Du daran interessiert bist, schreibe mir eine Nachricht, in der Du etwas über Dich und Deine Situation erzählst. Ich werde das Angebot prüfen und mich so schnell wie möglich bei Dir melden. Falls die Termine nicht genau passen, lass es mich wissen und wir können sehen, ob ich es irgendwie kürzer oder länger machen kann :-)

I rent my cozy and lovingly furnished studio apartment from 09.05.-16.05. to considerate people. The apartment is located on the 5th floor without elevator with a wonderful view over Berlin.
There is a cozy bedroom with bed 1.40m wide for 1-2 people, bed sheet, towels
a bathroom with tub and washing machine,
a fully equipped kitchen and
a room with balcony.
WLAN
The large room I use as a study, which is why there are 2 large work tables in it and a cozy sofa. Therefore, the apartment is ideally worthwhile for people who want to work for a few days in Berlin. W-LAN is also available. My work stuff I put aside, so you have enough space for your stuff.

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral am Rosenthaler Platz, umgeben von Bars, Cafés, Restaurants, Clubs, Shops und Biomarkt. Du erhältst hier alles, was du brauchst.
U8-Rosenthaler Platz, Straßenbahn und Bus sind direkt vor der Tür. In 5min ist man mit der U8 am Alexanderplatz.
Mit der Straßenbahn in 10min am Hauptbahnhof.
In 5min ist man im Park am Weinbergsweg. Ein beliebter Treffpunkt für alle Leute aus der Umgebung zum chillen, tanzen, essen und Musik hören.
Die Wohnung liegt in der 5. Etage mit fantastischem Ausblick über Berlin. Du siehst aus den Fenster den Fernsehturm, die Synagoge, den Berliner Dom. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl, weshalb Du Dein tägliches Fitnesstraining kostenlos dazu erhältst.
The apartment is super centrally located on Rosenthaler Platz, surrounded by bars, cafes, restaurants, clubs, stores and organic market. You get everything you need here.
U8-Rosenthaler Platz, streetcar and bus are right outside the door. In 5min you are with the U8 at Alexanderplatz.
With the streetcar in 10min at the main station.
In 5min you are in the park at Weinbergsweg. A popular meeting place for all people from the area to chill, dance, eat and listen to music.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor with fantastic views over Berlin. You can see the TV tower, the synagogue, the Berlin Cathedral from the windows. There is no elevator, so you get your daily fitness training for free.

Ich freue mich auf eine nette Person, die sich über meine schöne Wohnung freut und respektvoll und aufmerksam mit meinen Sachen umgeht.
Rauchen ist nur auf dem Balkon erlaubt.
Partys sind nicht erlaubt.
Musik in angemessener Lautstärke, um die Nachbarn nicht zu stören.
Alle paar Tage kommt Jemand kurz vorbei, um die Pflanzen zu gießen.

Parties and visitors are not allowed.
Music at a reasonable volume so as not to disturb the neighbors.
