Aufgrund eines längeren Arbeitsaufenthalts im Ausland, habe ich ab 01.09.2020 - 31.08.2021 meine schöne, gepflegte 2-Zimmeraltbauwohnung zur Zwischenmiete anzubieten (12 Monate). Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und wurde Anfang 2018 mit neuen und hochwertigen Möbeln ausgestattet (Couch, TV, Bett, Schreibtisch etc.). Die Wohnungen hat ca. 73m2 und 2 gleich große Zimmer (Wohn- bzw. Schlafzimmer), nebst Küche und Bad (Berliner Standard - siehe Fotos). Vom Wohnzimmer geht ein kleiner Balkon in den ruhigen Innenhof. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock, im Hinterhaus, ist also sehr ruhig und gemütlich. VDSL High Speed internet ist inclusive.
Da sich der Auslandsaufenthalt auch länger darstellen könnte, kann ich die Wohnung evtl. auch für 2 - 3 komplette Jahre abgeben.

Due to some work related time away from Berlin is my nice, quiet and fully furnished flat available for rent from 01.09.2020 - 31.08.2021. The flat is around 73m2, 2 equally sized rooms, incl. kitchen, and bathroom and also includes VDSL high speed internet for free. The flat also has a nice little balcony where you can sit in the morning and have a coffee. The flat is on the second floor and very quiet.
Since my work commitment might be extended it might be possible to give the flat away for up to 2 -3 years down the track.

Die Wohnung liegt im eher ruhigen Stadtteil Wilmersdorf innerhalb der Ringbahn. Bus, U-Bahn und S-Bahn sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Kostenlose Parkplätze sind eigentlich immer vor der Tür zu finden. Die Autobahn 100 ist in 2min über die Demolier Straße zu erreichen. Insofern auch für Autobesitzer eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung.
In den Nebenkosten sind Internet, Strom, Telefon etc. inclusive. Die Wohnung hat einen großen Samsung - Smart - TV, der gerne für Netflix und Co. genutzt werden kann.
Nicht gestattet sind in der Wohnung Rauchen, wilde Parties und Haustiere.
Maximal 2 Personen, ideal ist die Wohnung für einen Single, der/ die eine Wohnung als Übergang sucht.
Da ich die Wohnung sehr liebe, ist sie nur in pflegliche Hände abzugeben.
