Hello dear apartment world,

we are Isabelle (33) and Julius (32) – a reliable, relaxed couple with our 6 months old daughter.

After some beautiful years in our current apartment we are now looking for a new home where we can arrive as a small family in the long term and feel comfortable.

What we are looking for:
A bright, friendly apartment with at least 90 m2 and three to four rooms – for up to 1,400 € cold rental. A children's room and a place for home office would be ideal.

What we bring:
Isabelle works as a psychologist, Julius works in the consultation. We are quiet, non-smoking tenants without pets and go with apartments as carefully as with our own things. A pleasant relationship in the neighborhood is just as important to us as a respectful approach to the new home.

If you want to give your apartment in good hands, we are very happy about a message. Maybe it suits:)

wir sind Isabelle (33) und Julius (32) – ein zuverlässiges, entspanntes Paar mit unserer 6 Monate alten Tochter.

Nach einigen schönen Jahren in unserer aktuellen Wohnung suchen wir nun ein neues Zuhause, in dem wir als kleine Familie langfristig ankommen und uns wohlfühlen können.

Was wir suchen:
Eine helle, freundliche Wohnung mit mindestens 90 m² und drei bis vier Zimmern – gern für bis zu 1.400 € Kaltmiete. Ein Kinderzimmer und ein Platz fürs Homeoffice wären ideal.

Was wir mitbringen:
Isabelle arbeitet als Psychologin, Julius ist in der Beratung tätig. Wir sind ruhige, nichtrauchende Mieter ohne Haustiere und gehen mit Wohnungen genauso sorgfältig um wie mit unseren eigenen Sachen. Ein angenehmes Miteinander in der Nachbarschaft ist uns ebenso wichtig wie ein respektvoller Umgang mit dem neuen Zuhause.
