Suche möblierte/teilmöblierte 1-2-Zimmerwohnung ab 01.2026

mein Name ist Natalia, ich bin 31 Jahre alt und bin Vollzeit angestellt in einem Großunternehmen in der Energiebranche in Berlin. Ich suche eine 1–2-Zimmerwohnung in Prenzlauer Berg, Pankow, Friedrichshain, Mitte, Moabit, Schöneberg oder Kreuzberg.
Einzugsdatum flexibel ab dem 01. Februar 2026.

Ich würde alleine einziehen, bin Nichtraucherin und habe keine Haustiere. Gehaltsnachweise, SCHUFA (request now) -Auskunft und eine vollständige Mieter-Selbstauskunft kann ich selbstverständlich vorlegen. Auf Wunsch kann ich auch eine Referenz meiner aktuellen Vermieterin sowie meines letzten Vermieters bereitstellen.

Ich suche eine möblierte oder teilmöblierte Wohnung mit Möglichkeit zur Anmeldung, idealerweise für mindestens ein Jahr oder länger.

Mein Budget ist flexibel je nach Lage. Details können wir gerne per Nachricht besprechen.

Der Grund für meinen Umzug: Ich wohne derzeit noch in einer WG und suche nun eine eigene Wohnung, die auch näher an meinem Büro liegt.

Ich bin eine ruhige und zuverlässige Mieterin, behandle Wohnungen sehr pfleglich und lege Wert auf ein angenehmes Wohnumfeld. In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne Sport und verbringe Zeit mit Freunden.

My name is Natalia, I am 31 years old and work full-time for a large company in the energy sector here in Berlin. I am looking for a 1–2-room apartment in Prenzlauer Berg, Pankow, Friedrichshain, Mitte, Moabit, Schöneberg, or Kreuzberg.
My move-in date is flexible from February 1st, 2026.

I would be moving in alone, I am a non-smoker, and I do not have any pets. I can provide proof of income, a SCHUFA (request now) report, and a full tenant self-disclosure (Mieter-Selbstauskunft). If needed, I can also provide references from my current landlord as well as my previous landlord.
I am looking for a furnished or partly furnished apartment with the possibility of registration, ideally for at least one year or longer.
My budget is flexible depending on the location. I’m happy to discuss details via message.

The reason for my move: I am currently living in a shared flat and am now looking for my own apartment that is also closer to my office.

I am a quiet and reliable tenant, take very good care of living spaces, and value a pleasant living environment. In my free time, I enjoy doing sports and spending time with friends.
