Searching for Female Flatmate in 3-Sharing Apartment

It couldn’t be more central! Everything you could need is within a short walking distance, making the location very convenient. You only need 8 minutes on foot to the train station. The city park, city center ,and shopping center are 5 minutes aaway by foot. The closest bus stops are 2 minutes away (towards city center) or 5 minutes (towards university).
Otherwise, you have the perfect connection with the train station, no
matter where you are going. You can be very flexible even without a car. If you have a car, there is usually street parking.

Current roommates are Ukrainian (speaks Ukrainian, Russian, and English) and Nepali (speaks Nepali and English). They are international graduate students at RPTU Kaiserslautern. We enjoy a nice balance between being social together and respecting each other’s space, quiet time and privacy. It’s pretty common for us to keep to ourselves during typical working hours, but tend to be more social in the evening or weekends. We like to casually have dinners together from time to time and we are open to social events together like WG movie nights. We are students who spend a lot of time studying so we do not host loud parties and generally prefer the apartment to be quiet. We also really value cleanliness in the apartment and share the maintenance by taking turns cleaning the WG. The WG looks as shown in the pictures. You will see cat stuff in the pictures because I have a cat who will be moving with me so it will be a pet-free apartment.

We are looking for someone who is open-minded, independent, responsible, and friendly. The ability to speak English is
essential for clear communication because that is our common language. So we are searching for someone who is
comfortable using English in the WG.
