The two-room apartment is on the 5th floor and is approx. 43 square meters. Due to the large window front, the apartment is beautifully bright and the view is unique. Because the windows are triple glazed, a quiet work/study home is guaranteed. The apartment offers two TV connections and generously distributed sockets.
The apartment will rented partially furnished (for a price of 700 €).

Die Lage der Wohnung ist absolut perfekt. Der Hauptbahnhof Mannheim ist etwa in 10 min Fußweg und 2 Bahnhaltestellen entfernt .Die Rheinterassen sind 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Direkt um die Ecke (1-2 min zu Fuß) befindet sich ein Rewe und 5 min zu Fuß ein Penny.
Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist in 3Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5 OG.
Ein Fahrstuhl ist auch vorhanden.
Die Uni, als auch die Hochschule sind 10 Gehminuten entfernt.

The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect. Mannheim main station is about a 10-minute walk and 2 train stops away. The Rhine terraces are 5 minutes away by feet. Right around the corner (1-2 minutes by feet) is a Supermarket (Rewe) and a 5-minute walk is a Penny. The tram stop can be reached in 3 minutes. The apartment is on the 5th floor.
An elevator is also available.
The university of Mannheim is a 10-minute walk away.
