From 25.6.2025 to 25.7.2025 I offer my bright 3-room apartment for temporary rental. The apartment is located in Wiesbaden Bierstadt (near Edeka) and has good connections to public transport, as well as to the motorway. At best, I am looking for an individual who wants to take over my apartment during this period.

The apartment is rented as described above. The special feature would be the person who takes over my apartment would also have to take care of my two cats. In return, I would offer a lease reduction. It would be particularly important to me that the person already has experience with cats. You could discuss it more precisely in person.

Deposit: 300 €
The apartment is excellent for animal lovers who do not want to miss their cats during their stay.

Vom 25.6.2025 bis 25.7.2025 biete ich meine helle 3-Zimmer-Wohnung zur befristeten Vermietung an. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Wiesbaden Bierstadt (Nähe Edeka) und hat gute Anbindungen an den öffentlichen Verkehr, sowie an die Autobahn. Ich suche bestenfalls eine Einzelperson, die in diesem Zeitraum meine Wohnung übernehmen möchte.

Im Gegenzug würde ich eine Mietreduktion anbieten. Besonders wichtig wäre mir hierbei, dass die Person bereits Erfahrung mit Katzen hat. Genaueres könnte man dann persönlich besprechen.

Reguläre Miete: 1.362 €
Gesamtmiete (inkl. Mietreduktion): 900 €
Kaution: 300 €
Die Wohnung eignet sich hervorragend für Tierfreunde, die während ihres Aufenthalts auf ihre Katzen nicht verzichten möchten.
