I'll be leaving soon the cozy flat where I lived the last 4,5 years. It lays in a quiet neighborhood in southern Neukölln. Kitchen, bathroom and main room are completely furnished and equipped. The apartment is on the 6th floor, under the roof, and you can use the elevator until the 5th floor. The main room has space enough for the double bed, two sofas, the work-desk, the chair and the dinner table. Besides, there is a balcony with a nice view.
It's perfect for a single person looking for comfort, but it's possible for a couple to share, too.
Rent: € 508. Plus electricity costs, internet and broadcasting fee. The total amount should be around € 600 monthly.
A deposit will be requested by the real estate. Back then, it was € 1.125.
There are two supermarkets right on the corner, as well as a bus station (bus line M46 for Südkreuz, Zoologischer Garten and several metro stations). S + U Hermannstrasse can be reached on foot (15 min walk) or bus + foot (8 minutes).
Very important: I'm moving back to my home country and want to give over the apartament the way it is. That means: with all furniture and equipments, including printer/scanner, bed linen, towels etc. If you are fresh moving to Berlin and don't have your own stuffs yet, this can be a good deal for you.
