2-room flat share is looking for a new flatmate.
A decent room size 3m x 4m (12sqm) in a shared apartment in a renovated apartment in Klagenfurt (Ankershofenstraße) is for rent.
The apartment (51sqm) with 2 rooms and is fully furnished. The apartment is newly renovated a well-equipped kitchen with built-in oven and dining area, bathroom with tub and washing machine, a separate toilet. A cellar room and storage space for bicycles are available. A beautiful garden at the back is free to use.
The room is ready to move-in so just bring your luggage.
The room in the part of a shared apartment is rented "all inclusive" of WiFi, Electricity (Reasonable Usage), Water, Insurance. The room is currently fully-furnished, you may re-decorate as you pleased.
The bus stop is only a 1 minute walk away. The bus leads directly to the university.
You can cycle to university that takes 9 minutes from the house.
The infrastructure in this location is very good, all facilities for daily needs can be easily reached in a few minutes: Billa / LIDL / Spar / BIPA / Penny Markt / kiosk / post office / bank / bakery / pharmacy / doctors / cafés
Those of you who drive, it is only 2 minutes to reach the Autobahn that takes you towards Villach.
The shared apartment is located in a residential area and is therefore pleasantly quiet.
I am looking for someone who is friendly and likes to socialise. Normally during weekdays I am normally at home studying or working on my projects. Weekends I am normally out skiing, hiking or something to soak in the fresh air.
I am currently a student at AAU doing my Masters.
