Hi,
Ich ziehe kurzfristig aus meinem Zimmer aus. Es befindet sich in einer internationalen WG in Lichtenberg bzw. Friedrichsfelde. Hier ist es sehr ruhig und entspannt. Im 9 Stock hat man hier einen schönen Blick auf den angrenzenden Park Herzberge und den Fernsehturm.
Ich ziehe in den nächsten Tagen aus, dein Vertrag geht ab Mai aber der Einzug ist praktisch jetzt schon möglich.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 15 qm groß und ist mit einem Bett (incl. Matratze), Tisch, Kommode und einem Stuhl möbliert. Von mir bleiben ein Teppich und ein Bürostuhl mit Wipp-Funktion hier. Das Zimmer bietet noch Platz für weitere Möbel z.B. einen Schrank oder so.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, es gibt zwei Bäder und eine Waschmaschine.
Wichtig: Für den Untermietvertrag den du mit dem Hauptmieter schließt benötigst du NUR die Kaution (zwei Warmmieten) und eine Kopie des Ausweises. Der Vertrag geht für mind. ein Jahr bzw. du kannst vorher ausziehen, wenn du einen Nachmieter stellst. Man kann sich hier anmelden!

Hi,
I'm moving out of my room in a 4 people international shared flat in Lichtenberg/Friedrichsfelde.
My move is rather spontaneous. you will have the room contract wise starting from may but you can move within the next few days.
The room has roughly 15 sqm and there is some furniture included: A bed with matress, a cupboard, a desk with a chair. I will leave a carpet and an office chair. In the flat there is a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms with a wahing mashine.
The flat is located in a Plattenbau (Former GDR style of building houses) in the 9th floor, so you have a nice view of the park directly next to it (Herzberge) and the TV-Tower.
IMPORTANT: For signing the contract you will need the deposit (2 monthly rents in cash) and a copy of your id. The contract says you have to live here AT LEAST a year, but you can move out before that if you find someone taking over the room. Nevertheless if you are a Non-EU Cititzen you need a visa of at least one year starting in may since you will sign theoratically for that period of time.

Grundsätzlich ist das hier eine eher ruhige Gegend. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 9. Stock und man sieht aus dem Fenster den Fernsehturm, einen Haufen Bäume und den Großhandel neben an.
Im angrenzenden Park Herzberge kann man gut chillen, joggen oder fahrrad fahren. Neben an ist Ikea-Lichtenberg, also falls du noch akut Möbel bräuchtest ist das schnell erledigt.
Ein weiteres Highlight ist das Dong Xuan Center das von hier auch sehr schnell zu erreichen ist (ca 7 minuten mit dem Rad) oder das Eastgate (10 min mit dem Rad/mit öffentlichen)
Insgesamt ist die Anbindung recht gut wie ich finde. Die Tram station "Meeraner str." ist praktisch vor der Haustür und bringt einen innerhalb von 5 Minuten an den Sbahnhof "Friedrichsfelde ost" Hier fährt die sbahn gefühlt alle drei minuten einen direkt in die wichtigsten Zentren von Berlin.
Ansonsten sind die Tram stationen Landsberger/Rhinstr. und AdK/Rhinstraße auch innerhalb zu fuß zu erreichen und von da fahren zwei verschiedene Tram linien ins Zentrum man ist so ohne umsteigen innerhalb von 27 am alex.

This is a rather calm location. Nearby is the park Herzberge where you can hang out or go for a run. also next door is Ikea Lichtenberg. Other Highlights that are not far away are the DonXuang Center and the EASTGATE.
The flat is very conveniently located for public transport:
It takes 2 minutes to walk to the tram station Meeraner str. With the tram you're in 5 min at the sbahn station Friedrichsfelde Ost. Form there three sbahn lines take you in a couple of minutes to the most important places in Berlin eg.Alex, Warschauer or the Mainstation.
Not only that: You can walk within 5- 7 Minutes to two different Tramstations where you can go to eg. Alex or Landsberger Allee directly even at night!

Hier wohnen noch drei andere Leute: Sidney macht gerade eine Ausbildung zum Koch in einem fancy Hotel im Westen der Stadt. Wenn er von seinen Schichten nach hause kommt, was zu jeder Tages und Nacht Zeit passiert kocht er gerne ziemlich abgefahrene Pasta Gerichte oder spielt Online PC. Er kommt aus Deutschland.
Laura kommt aus Brazilien und arbeitet hier als Krankenschwester. Sie backt gerne Kuchen oder schaut Serien.
Diese Beiden haben durch ihre Arbeit häufig Nachtschichten, deshalb sieht man sie eher unregelmäßig sieht.
Sador ist ein entspannter Usbeke der vor kurzem hier eingezogen ist und irgendwas mit IT und BWL im Master studiert. So ganz hab ich das gar nicht verstanden. Mit ihm kann man sich gut über seine Heimat oder Berlin unterhalten.
Insgesamt ist das hier sehr entspannt. Auch wenns eher zweckmäßig orientiert ist, sind hier alle sehr nett und für eine Unterhaltung in der Küche zu haben.
Putzpan gibts nicht, aber bisher hat das auch sehr gut ohne geklappt. Wir sind ja alle erwachsen :D

This is a four People shared flat so you will live with Sidney from Germany who's becoming a chef in a fancy Hotel in the West of the city. When he comes home from his shifts he likes to play online pc, make fancy pasta dishes or sleep.
Laura from Brazil is working as a nurse. She likes to bake pies and stuff or watch netflix.
Both of them often work at night so you wont see them every day if you have a nrmal schedule
Sador from Usbekistan ist studying sth with IT and Economics. He likes to talk his country, what i found to be very interesting or Berlin. He is the newest in the flat.
This is a very relaxed flat. Although this is a rather functional shared flat, all of them are very nice and are open for a conversation in the kitchen :)
We don't have a cleaningplan but so far it has always worked out. We are all grown up :D
Bitte fange deine Nachricht mit "Ich habe alles gelesen" an. Dann ist das ersparte arbeit für uns beide.
Dann kann ich nämlich davon ausgehen, dass

- Zimmer größe etc
keine überraschung sind.
Wie gesagt, das ist für Studenten oder leute mit Job die was LANGFRISTIGES suchen. Du musst das Geld für die Kaution haben, aber das sollte ja klar sein
