Das helle Zimmer, 28qm, mit Balkon ist nach Südwesten gerichtet und hat bis zum Abend hin viel Sonne.
Die grossen Fenster lassen auch im Winter viel Licht rein.
Küche und Bad zeigen zum Innenhof und sind auch beide modernisiert.
Das Bad hat eine grosse Badewanne und Heizung für die Handtücher.
Die gesamte Wohnung hat insgesamt 3 Zimmer,105qm und befindet sich im Vorderhaus im 4.OG
in einem gepflegten Altbau und ist daher auch insgesamt sehr hell.
Im Innenhof haben wir einen grossen Baum, eine Bank und viel Platz für Fahrräder.
Draussen gibts genügend Parkplatz fürs Auto.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, mit direkter Anbindung zur der Ringbahn in 10´Min
und Tram M4, M10, in 3´entfernt.
Haus liegt In direkter Nähe zum beliebten Bötzowkiez und dem großem Volkspark Friedrichshain.
Das Bötzowviertel ist vor allem berühmt für seine vielen Cafés, Eisdielen, sehr guten Restaurants und sein schönes historisches Kino am Park (wo es noch zusätzlich ein Freilichtkino gibt)
Direkt im Haus unten gibt es eine sehr gute Meisterbäckerei und Apotheke.
Ein neuer City Rewe liegt in 5´min und zwei Discounter in 10´Entfernung.
Am Samstag gibt es auch einen Biomarkt in der Nähe.
Parkplätze gibt's ebenso genügend direkt am Haus.
Ich arbeite selbständig als Fashion Consultant; bin gelegentlich auch auf Reisen, arbeite aber meistens von zu Hause oder einem Café aus.
In der freien Zeit mache ich sehr gerne Sport, und gehe gerne essen.
Ich bin sehr ordentlich, ich schätze sehr meine Ruhe, bin aber auch gelegentlich gesellig, und gehe dann aus.
In der Wohnung würden wir das Bad und die Küche gemeinsam nutzen.
Deswegen solltest Du von Natur aus auch ordentlich und gut organisiert sein.

and living in a beautiful district, the heart of the city. Prenzlauerberg, next to a beautiful park.
The area is famous for its cafeterias, good restaurants and an organic market on weekends.
Located very next to business district Mitte , and with plenty of galleries and clubs, and start-ups…
In the house we have an excellent and famous bakery and a drugstore as well.
The fully furnished room has 301 Sq , 28qm and is part of a 3bedroom apartment.
Room has a couch, a queen size bed, an antik desk, a dresser, sideboard and a big bookshelf.
It ´s quite sunny with a grand balcony view.
We would share a bathroom and a kitchen. There is no extra powder room.
I do prefer tidy over chaos though ;) in the joining rooms.
You need to be tidy, organized and responsible in sharing chores as well!
Prefer to have someone to stay for at least a year.
I´m a fashion consultant, traveling sometimes, but working mostly from home or office.
Love classic music, literature, art; food! and all kind of sports as well.
I´m open-minded for occasionally interesting conversations but mostly love my privacy.
There are no pets in the apartment.
