a 74m2 flat, two blocks away from Helmholtzplatz, is looking for a new tenant!

As u can see on the pictures the room is quiet and sunny as it also is high up. The whole flat is newly renovated, has big windows, high stucco ceilings and new parquet floors. In the flat there are 2 smaller rooms and a bigger room, so three people all in all.
Moreover the flat has a completely new bathroom with a bathtub and kitchen. In the kitchen u can find everything u need, fridge, freezer, dishwasher (very good to have in a WG), washing machine, dishes, basically everything u need. There is also a little chill out and guest area with a sleeping sofa.

Here is space for one more girls who plans to stay longterm, wanna make this flat a home and love to live in a shared flat. The room is cozy and furnished.

The rent is all in (furnished, service charges, heating, electricity, internet etc.).

The Anmeldung/ Registration is possible.

The location is one of the best you can get in Berlin. Right on the ringbahn station Prenzlauer Allee you can get anywhere quick. 4 stops by U and S Bahn Schönhauser Allee and u are on Alexanderplatz. We live right above a Späti and have the lively Helmholtzplatz right around the corner. The neighborhood is filled with incredible restaurants and bars and will give you everything you need within a walking distance. Also, you are a 15 minute walk away from Mauerpark and can enjoy the other exciting areas such as Kolwitzkiez and around Kastanien Allee. This location is the perfect mix between quiet and lively.

Hey we are Elisabetta and Chiara.

Elisabetta is a 25-year-old Italian, currently working in communication and marketing in the beauty industry.
In her free time, she loves traveling, discovering new coffee spots, working out, and exploring the city. She is clean, social but independent, and values a calm and friendly home environment.

Our flatshare type is the other great aspect of this flat. We are a flat that is social but all have working lives which we take into consideration. We love to have dinner together, go for a drink, and have friends over. At the same time we know we and our flatmates might have to work the next day, so we make sure that the social interactions don't bother the others too much. We have a clean house and have a weekly cleaning schedule that helps us to keep it that way. With a dishwasher as our friend we also keep all the dishes washed at any time so that when you have to cook something this is possible without having to clean first.
