Hi guys, currently I have 4 rooms available in my apartment. The rooms have a comfortable bed, a desk with a chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living.
The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee).
Minimum stay: 3 months!

Die nächste Busstation ist Eiswerder ungefähr zwei Minuten zu Fuß. Von da aus ist jede Ecke von Berlin zeitnah zu erreichen ist. Zudem ist ein Supermarkt, ein Kiosk, Restaurants und ähnliches im direkten Umfeld. Die Wohnung ist ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der Havel sowie einem Shoppingcenter entfernt. Zum Bahnhof Spandau läuft man ca. 20 Minuten.
The nearest public transport is the Bus station Eiswerder two minutes away. From there you can reach every district of Berlin in shortest time. In the immediate vicinity you can also find some supermarkets, a pharmacy, bank, kiosk, restaurants and everything else needed for a good living. The apartment is about 2 minutes walk from the Havel River and a shopping center is in the same range. To the train station Spandau you walk about 20 minutes.
Die Wohngemeinschaft steht prinzipiell jedem, egal ob Student oder Berufstätigem, offen. Ansonsten sagt uns einfach, was ihr euch wünscht, was euch wichtig ist und was für euch absolute Ausschlusskriterien beim Zusammenleben in einer Wohngemeinschaft sind.
