The room is available from 22.03.2021 till 01.06.2021.
The apartment is situated in southern Berlin, in a distance of 3 minutes walk from U Bahn 6 Ullsteinstrasse. That means, in within 15 Minutes of U Bahn ride you reach the heart of Berlin (Stadtmitte).
Our building is surrounded with Supermarkets, grocery stores (in a distance of 7 minutes walk maximum from the flat).
(Netto x 3, Edeka x2, Aldi, Lidl, in addition to all these there are three shopping centers).
The flat is half furnished. (In the kitchen there are Brand new washing machine, brand new 201cm A+++ fridge, kitchen table and chairs, dishes ect). In your room there is a corner -table, chair, 160cm Bed, matress, bedside table, table light.
The flat is very cosy, high ceilinged, it has 2 rooms, in one of them I live and you will be living in the second. The kitchen and the bathroom will be commonly used.
I am M. 40 and I work. I’m LGBT friendly person. I drink alcohol but rarely (evrey 2-3 months), I'm non smoker, thanks God I'm nor vegan neither Vegetarian ;-)
One of the several advantages of this flat is that, there is only one flatmate.
In other words, if your flatmate is away for some reasons, you are the King/Queen of the whole flat; no long waiting ques in front of the WC or the kitchen ;))
Another advantage is that, in within one hour, you can do the shopping (food) for the entire week, because the shops are very close to the apartment. This will give you the chance to save your time for other activities ;-)
If you are into open air / sport activities this apartment offers you an exclusive option, for Tempelhoferfeld (the previous Tempelhof airport) is 3 U Bahn stations away from your apartment. The airport is open to the public.
Thats all about the positive sides of the apartment.
I expect, that the future homemate is someone, who respects oneself and respects the German laws (for example not making noises in between 10:00 PM and 06:00 AM; die Ruhezeit).
Public areas like the kitchen shouldnt be used as a living room (sitting there for several consecutive hours by bothering others to use that area). Or the washing mashine should be emptied right after the washing (and not letting the clothes in the machine for hours long; not only for hygenic reasons, but also to let others to use the machine).
The personal hygiene also the hygiene of the invironment are HYPER important to me.

First floor apartment in an old but very clean building. It is high ceilinged.
The apartment is situated in the southern part of Berlin.
The public transport connectivity is very practical. in 15 Minutes ride with U Bahn you will be reaching the city center (Stadtmitte).
At the close proximity of the building there are immense shopping possibilities; Greek, Arabic, Chinese, Russian, Indian, Turkish, Italian restaurants... Also 3 shopping centers
I have a large experience of WG, therefore I know what it means privacy and discretion.
I have been into many countries and I know what it means being a foreigner in a country. If its necessary I may accompany you for administrative affairs (translation).
Bringing friends at home is not wished.
The neighbors are very quiet and respectful people, and they expect the same from us.
In order to avoid any issues with the Hausverwaltung, it would be very kind of you to dry the floors of the bathroom after the use. Previously we had a similar issue and the consequences were hard for us...
