Für unsere 3er-WG suchen wir einen neuen Mitbewohner (w/m). Auf dich wartet ein schönes, helles 33m² großes Zimmer. Die gesamte Wohnung ist ca. 140m² groß, verfügt über ein Badezimmer, sowie ein Gästebadezimmer mit Waschmaschine und eine große Küche / Esszimmer / Wohnzimmer inklusive Spülmaschine. :-) Alle zwei Wochen kommt eine Putzkraft vorbei und reinigt die Gemeinschaftsräume.
Deine Vorgängerin möchte gerne einige Möbel dalassen, die bei Einzug übernommen werden:
- Anteil Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank - 100 Euro
- Anteil Küche und Bad - 150 Euro
- Drei maßgefertigte Jalousien - 220 Euro
- das Regal an der blauen Wand - 90 Euro
- das weiße Regal mit Glasplatte - 75 Euro
Folgende Möbel würde sie zusätzlich gerne abgeben (zu verhandeln):
- Bett - 100 Euro
- Kleiderschrank - 600 Euro
- Spiegel - 30 Euro
Das Zimmer wird unrenoviert übergeben.
Hello future flatmate, we're looking for a new flatmate (f/m).
Your future room is bright and 33m² big. The flat is around 140m² large and offers one restroom, one guest restroom with a washing machine and a large kitchen / dining room / living room area including a dish washer. :) Every two weeks the communal rooms are professionally cleaned.
Our current roommate would like to leave some furniture which shall be taken over when moving in.
- Share of the washing machine and fridge - 100 Euro
- Share of the kitchen and bathroom - 150 Euro
- three custom-made blinds - 220 Euro
- the shelf on the blue wall - 90 Euro
- white shelf with glass plate - 75 Euro
She would also like to leave the following furniture (negotiable)
- Bed - 100 Euro
- Wardrobe - 600 Euro
- Mirror - 30 Euro
The room will be handed over unrenovated.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Südstadt, dem schönsten Viertel Bonns. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Edeka, Netto und DM), sowie diverse Bars und Restaurants. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist sehr gut. Auch zu Fuß und mit dem Fahrrad ist die Innenstadt in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
The flat is located in Bonn Südstadt, the nicest neighborhood in Bonn. Close by you can find various store for grocery shopping (Rewe, Edeka, Netto, DM), as well as bars and restaurants. Stops for public transportation are also very nearby.
Mylene (27) ist berufstätig und Bertram (28) promoviert in Mathematik. Über ein neues nettes, humorvolles, und ordentliches WG-Mitglied würden wir uns freuen. Also melde dich, damit wir uns kennenlernen können!
