Ruhiges WG-Zimmer mit Hochebene nahe Viertel

Unsere gemütliche Wohnung erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen, ist hell und ruhig gelegen in einer Seitenstraße im Viertel. Wir können eine Küche mit kleinem Wintergarten, eine große Dachterrasse, Holzdielen, zwei Bäder mit einer Badewanne sowie Spül- & Waschmaschine unser (Miet-)Eigen nennen. Direkt unter uns im gleichen Haus wohnt eine weitere nette WG. Es gibt umliegend drei verschiedene Haltestellen, mit denen man schnell überall ist. Der Hauptbahnhof ist 12 min zu Fuß entfernt und bis zur belebten Straße mit vielen Kneipen braucht man nicht einmal 5 min. Umliegend gibt es zahlreiche Supermärkte und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Our apartment is on two floors, bright and quietly situated in a side street in the Viertel. We can call a kitchen with small conservatory garden, a large roof terrace, wooden floorboards, two bathrooms with a bathtub and dishwasher & washing machine our own. Directly below us in the same house lives another nice WG.
There are three different bus stops in the vicinity, which allow you to go basically anywhere. The main station is a 12 min walk away and it takes less than 5 mins to the busy streets with many pubs. In the surrounding area there are numerous supermarkets and other shopping possibilities.

Zusammenwohnen würdest du mit Arlo (22 / keine Pronomen), Flo (28 / er) und Kathi (27 / sie). Ab Mai wohnt Mayara (25 /sie) für ein Jahr zur Zwischenmiete in Kathis Zimmer, da diese solange in Berlin leben wird. Wir treffen uns gerne (meist zufällig) dann und wann nach einem Arbeits- / Uni-Tag in der Küche zum Schnacken, Kochen und Essen. Wichtig ist uns, nicht aneinander vorbei zu leben, sondern gemeinsam ein gemütliches zu Hause zu schaffen, in dem wir uns alle wohl fühlen. Dazu gehören gemeinsame WG-Abende, Kino-Besuche oder ein schneller Plausch im Flur genauso wie sich völlig selbstverständlich zurückziehen zu können und Zeit für sich alleine zu haben. Ebenso wichtig ist uns eine offene und ehrliche Kommunikation miteinander. Wir kaufen gemeinsam ein und essen teilweise vegan, Flo und Jan-Georg aber manchmal auch Fleisch. In unserer WG gibt es einen Putzplan, von dem wir aktuell Fans sind - könnte man aber natürlich nochmal flexibel nach den neuen Bedürfnissen besprechen.

Mitbewohnis:

Flo:
Ich bin meistens bestens gelaunt, koche sehr gerne (vor allem für andere) und verbringe meine Zeit am liebsten mit einem Buch draußen in der Sonne, bei einem guten Film im Kino, mit einem guten Videospiel auf der Couch oder mit meiner WG in der Küche. Leider kommt all das momentan zu kurz, da ich mich derzeit auf das zweite juristische Staatsexamen im Sommer vorbereite - aber danach wird alles besser!

Arlo:
Ich studiere Politik:-und Kulturwissenschaft an der Uni, lese und häkel gerne und versuche mich nun schon einige Zeit am Kickboxen. Ich backe gerne und viel vegan für die Wg und bin gerne für einen gemeinsamen Serienmarathon oder Kinoabend zu haben. Politisch links aussen, keine Cops:)

Kathi:
Ich bin gerade mit meinem Bachelor in Politikmanagement fertig und bin fürs kommende Jahr zum Arbeiten in Berlin. Danach solls mit einem Master in Bremen weitergehen. Ich bin meistens für Kinobesuche, Tanzen, Backen und Rumalbern zu begeistern. Undogmatisch links - kein Fan von anstrengenden Diskussionen aber großer Fan von irgendwie linkem Grundkonsens in der WG.

Mayara:
Ab Mai neu in Deutschland und in der WG. Ich arbeite im Import&Export. Sehr gerne schaue ich alte Filme, besonders aus den 80-90er Jahren und vor allem Horrorfilme. In meiner Freizeit spiele ich gerne Videospiele, gehe aus und bin sehr offen neue Aktivitäten und die Stadt zu endecken. Ich schätze altmodische Musikstile, von Heavy Metal, Gothic, Techno bis hin zu Pop und Disco.

You would live together with Arlo (22 / they), Flo (28 / he) and Kathi (27 / she). From May on Maraya (25, she) will live for a year in Kathis room, as Kathi will be living in Berlin for that time. We like to meet (mostly by chance) now and then after a work / university day in the kitchen to chat, cook and eat. Important to us is not to live past each other, but to create a cozy home together, where we all feel comfortable. This includes evenings spent together, going to the cinema or having a quick chat in the hallway just as much as being able to withdraw and have time to ourselves. Equally important to us is open and honest communication with each other. We shop together and eat vegan food, but Flo and Jan-Georg sometimes also eat meat. We have a cleaning schedule in our shared flat, of which we are currently fans - but could of course be discussed again flexible according to the new needs.

Roomies :

Flo:
I'm usually in the best mood, love to cook (especially for others) and I like to spend my time with a book outside in the sun, with a good movie in the cinema, with a good video game on the couch or with my flatmates in the kitchen. Unfortunately, all of that is coming up short at the moment, as I'm currently preparing for my second state law exam in the summer - but everything will be better after that!

Arlo:
I study politics and cultural studies at university, like to read and crochet and am going kickboxing for some time now. I like to bake vegan stuff for the WG and I'm always up for a series marathon or a movie night together. Leftist, no cops:)

Kathi:
I just finished my bachelor's degree in political management and will be working in Berlin the next year. After that, I want to return to Bremen to pursue a Master's degree. I enjoy going to the cinema, dancing, and baking and always up for some good fun. Undogmatic leftist - not a fan of tiring discussions but a big fan of some form of left basic consensus in the flat.

Mayara:
New in Germany and in the house. I work with importation&exportation. I really enjoy watching some old movies, especially from the '80-'90s and mostly horror ones. In my free time, I like to play video game or go out and enjoy whatever new activities there is to do, very open to new possibilities. I appreciate some old fashion music styles, from heavy metal, goth, and techno to also pop and disco.

Wir suchen eine Person für unsere WG, die Lust auf gemeinsames Zusammenleben hat und bereit ist in dem Kontext auch etwas Verantwortung zu übernehmen - sei das sich um anstehende Reparatürchen zu kümmern, die WG-Finanzen im Blick zu behalten, die gemeinsame Einkaufsliste zu pflegen oder ähnliches. Schön wäre außerdem, wenn du emanzipatorischen Politikansätzen nicht abgeneigt bist.
