Independent furnished room in 2 people shared flat

The apartment is located in the beautiful area of Schwachhausen. Its next to the Bürgerpark, the biggest park of the city where you can go for jogging or a walk and not so far away from the Unisee.

There is a small bakery and a kiosk nearby. Tram number 8 and bus line 22 on the doorstep, where you can easily reach the central train station in about 12 minutes and the University in about 7 minutes. The closest super market Edeka can be reached by foot in less than 5 minutes. There is also a big Rewe and a Bio super market less than 5 minutes away by bike.

In case you have a car, you can easily find a parking spot on the street downstairs.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönen Stadtteil Schwahhausen. Direkt nebenan ist der Bürgerpark, der größte Park Bremens, wo man Joggen oder spazieren gehen kann. Der Unisee ist auch in der Nähe.

Ein paar Häuser weiter befindet sich ein Bäcker und ein Kiosk. Die Bahn Linie 8 und der Bus 22 sind fast vor der Tür, wodurch du zum Hauptbahnhof nur 12 MInuten brauchst und zur Uni ca. 7 Minuten. 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt findest du auch einen großen Rewe und einen Bioladen.

Falls du ein Auto hast findest du sehr leicht einen Parkplatz vor der Tür.

You will be living with Giannis who is from Athens/Greece. He is 31 years old and is working in a shiping company. He is a really open minded person who is always in a good mood and open for a chat. Living with him is really uncomplicated. His German is not so perfect yet even though he is living in Bremen for 3,5 years :D so it would be nice if you can communicate in English (or Greek if you prefer :D)

Du wirst mit Giannis zusammenleben. Er ist 31 Jahre alt und arbeitet bei einer Schifffartsgesellschaft. Er ist sehr offen, immer gut gelaunt und ist immer offen für ein Gespräch. Mit ihm zusammenzuleben ist sehr unkompliziert. Sein deutsch ist noch nicht sehr gut, obwohl er schon 3,5 Jahre in Deutschland lebt :D daher wäre es gut wenn ihr auf englisch kommunizieren könntet ( oder auf griechisch wenn es dir lieber ist :D).

The mesonette is in total 100 m2. It has a fully equiped kitchen with a new oven, a ceramic field and a dish washer. Downstairs there are two more rooms. One will be a common living area with a table for eating and chilling and the second one will be Giannis room. There is also a second bathroom downstairs where we have our washing mashine.
The moving in/out dates are a bit more flexible and can be discussed. Also the whole appartement can possibely be rent afterwards, this depends on the landlord.

Die Maisonette ist insgesamt 100 Quadratmeter groß. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit einem neuen Ofen, einem Cerankochfeld und einer Spülmaschine. Unten gibt es zwei weitere Zimmer. Ein Zimmer wird Gemeinschaftsraum zum Essen und Chillen und das zweite wird Giannis Zimmer sein. Im zweiten Badezimmer unten ist eine Waschmaschine. Die ein/auszugsdaten sind flexibel und können besprochen werden. Die ganze Wohnung kann gegebenenfalls später gemietet werden, je nach Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter.
