Es ist das größte Zimmer der Wohnung (17m^2) und besitzt einen Balkon, auf dem man schöne Sonnenuntergänge sehen kann. Das Zimmer wird ohne Möbel vermietet, wobei das Kallax gerne für einen kleinen Abschlag übernommen werden kann.

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen sind: Diva (21) Designstudentin und Aleksandra (23), Architekturstudentin.
Beide studieren in Bremen und führen einen Nicht-Raucher Haushalt.

Das Haus besitzt einen Aufzug, wodurch der Umzug um einiges angenehmer gestaltet werden kann.
Außerdem haben wir einen Fahrradkeller und einen Abstellkeller.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtteil Utbremen, 5min mit der Bahn von der Innenstadt entfernt und 5min vom Hauptbahnhof.
In der Nähe gibt es einen Rewe, Penny und auch das Waller Centrum, sowie die Waterfront sind nicht weit weg.

A room will become available in our shared flat starting April 15th / May 1st.
It is the largest room in the apartment (17 square meters) and has a balcony where you can watch beautiful sunsets. The room is rented unfurnished, but the Kallax can be taken over for a small discount.

Your future flatmates are Diva (21), an integrated design student, and Aleksandra (23), an architecture student.
Both of them are studying in Bremen and live in a nonsmoking household.

The building has an elevator, which makes moving in much easier. We also have a bike storage room and a cellar for storage.

The apartment is located in the Utbremen district only 5 minutes by tram from the city center and 5 minutes from the main train station, Hbf.
Nearby, you'll find Rewe, Penny, and also the Waller Centrum. The Waterfront mall is also not far away.
