The tenancy can be prolonged. The offer is for one room. Bath room and kitchen can be used as well. I am looking for people who want to stay at least for 4 months. In the midst of the energy crisis, I offer here a rent which is inclusive of all side costs (e.g., gas, electricity, gardening, rubbish, water etc.). HSD (Hochschule Düsseldorf) and FOM (private university) are in 4 minutes walking distance.
The room to let is located within a nice, huge flat in Pempelfort. Room size is 14 m² (rectangular) and the flat offers a backyard garden, that can be used for relaxation. There is a wooden single bed (105 x 200 cm) provided. A silent working environment is available, suitable for home-office activities with an office table and chair in the room. Wi-Fi is provided.
The link to public transport to the city centre and to other towns in the Rhine-Ruhr area (e.g., Cologne, Essen) is optimal. In the street, there are many good cafés, restaurants, bars and a supermarket. Airport, main station are reachable by a 6-minutes-ride with the nearby located S-trains. Despite of, its central, urban situation all is very well structured and cosy. Economic parking opportunities are given just around the corner. The loft offers a big kitchen with light wooden furniture, where one can also use a microwave oven, a fridge and an induction cooking plate. The room accommodation includes a bed made from massive wood, a cupboard and a chester drawer. Bedlinen and towels could be let.

The flat is situated in just in 15 minutes walking distance from the river Rhine. The next bus and tram station is just reachable in two minutes by foot. The next S train station is 8 minutes away. The trains go to the main station as well as to the airport in 6 minutes. The tram goes to the old town (including Koenigsallee) and to the main station and the airport in about 11 to 15 minutes.

Two universities are situated just around the corner. The link to public transport is excellent. Bars, Cafes, supermarkets, two parks and a fitnessstudio are close to the flat. Bedlinen and towels can be let. The flat is very spacious. Therefore, everyone can have enough privecy. The location is very attractive and provides all the neccessary infrastructure.

Bedlinen can be let for 5 EUR per month, towels per 4 EUR per month. Both have to be washed by the tenent after usage.
The quarter became very popular. Nice cafes, restaurants, a park and many supermarkets are close. Pharmacies, doctors, schools are nearby too. The nearest bus stop is in walking distance of 2 minutes, the tram in 4 minutes walking distance and the s-trains in 8 minutes. The HSD is situated in just 3 minutes walking distance.
