Mehrere Zimmer sind frei. Wir haben nicht alle Zimmer fotografiert. Am besten kommt ihr gucken oder wir starten mit einem Videocall.
Es gibt auch einen Garten. Das hat Vorteile und Nachteile. Der Nachteil wäre das du da aktuell im Wintermantel sitzen würdest, wenn du rauchen möchtest ;)
2 Küchen, 3 Bäder. Internet vorhanden. Auch Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Die Warmiete beginnt bei 520€ und je nach Zimmer wird es auch teurer. Zeitlich befristet geht auch, aber bitte nicht zu kurz, denn wir wollen ja kein Hotel eröffnen. Alle Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll möbiliert.

There is also a garden. That has advantages and disadvantages. The disadvantage would be that you would currently be sitting there in your winter coat if you wanted to smoke ;)

The warm rent starts at 480€ and depending on the room it gets more expensive. Temporary is also possible, but please not too short, because we don't want to open a hotel.
Wenn du aus dem Fenster springst, dann landest du fast schon auf dem Uni Gelände. Ansonsten auch sehr schnell im Zentrum.
Hast du ein Gefährt mit 4 Rädern darunter, dann bist du schnell an die A46 und weitere Autobahnen angebunden.
If you jump out of the window, you almost land on the university grounds.. Otherwise, you can get to the city centre very quickly.
If you have a vehicle with four wheels underneath, then you are quickly connected to the A46 and other motorways.
Als Zweck WG gestartet entstehen hier ( kaum zu glauben ;) auch Freundschaften. Es kommt halt immer darauf an wie du das Thema persönlich handhabst.
Starting out as a purpose-built shared flat, friendships also develop here (hard to believe ;). It always depends on how you handle the topic personally.
