Dein Zimmer liegt an einer relativ ruhigen Straße mit 3 großen Fenstern, die die herrliche Morgensonne hereinlassen.
Ihr Zimmer wird wahrscheinlich teilweise möbliert sein (Bett, offener Kleiderschrank, Kommode, Bürostuhl), aber ich bespreche gerne, ob dir weniger oder mehr mitnehmen möchten.
Für die Küche würde eine Ablösesumme von 50 € anfallen.

Your room faces a relatively quiet street with 3 large windows that let in the lovely the morning sun.
Your room will probably be partially furnished (bed, open wardrobe, dresser, office chair), but I'm happy to discuss if you want to take less or more.
For the kitchen the there would be a transfer fee of €50.
Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Nordstraße mit ihren vielen Cafés, Restaurants, Bars, Läden, Apotheken und Supermärkten ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Auch am Rhein bist du schnell. Die nächste Straßenbahnstation ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt und auch die S-Bahn kann zu Fuß erreicht werden.
Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es relativ ruhig, da die Wohnung sich in einer ruhigeren Straße befindet.

The location is perfect. Nordstraße with its many cafés, restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacies and supermarkets is just a few minutes' walk away. You can also reach the Rhine quickly. The nearest tram station is a 5-minute walk away and the S-Bahn can also be reached on foot.

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Jan (23, aus Deutschland) und Iris (26, aus Mexiko). Jan studiert Jura, und Iris macht ihre Ausbildung.
Die große Küche ist der Treffpunkt der WG, wo wir uns abends treffen können. Wir sind eine ziemlich ruhige WG, aber es ist wichtig, dass wir uns alle als Freunde verstehen. Zurzeit sprechen wir eine Mischung aus Englisch und Deutsch, aber wir sind offen für jede andere Sprache (vor allem Spanisch).
Manchmal unternehmen wir gerne etwas zusammen, kochen, gehen spazieren oder gehen gemeinsam aus. Natürlich gibt es keinen Zwang, aber es ist immer schön, jemanden zu haben, der gerne Zeit mit einem verbringt!
Wie die meisten Wohngemeinschaften haben auch wir einen Putzplan.

Your future flatmates are Jan (23, from Germany) and, Iris (26, from Mexico). Jan is studying law, and Iris is doing her ausbildung.
The large kitchen is the meeting place of the share flat where we can come together in the evenings. We are a fairly quiet flat, but it is important that we all get along as friends. We currently speak a mix of English and German, but we are open to any other languages (particularly Spanish).
Sometimes we like to do things together, cooking, going for walks or joining each other on a night out. Of course there is no pressure to join, but it's always great to have someone who would like to spend time together!
Like most shared flats, we also have a cleaning schedule.
