We have big experience with roommates from CHINA, INDIA, POLAND, JAPAN, NETHERLANDS.
The room has a key lock.
Fully furnished as you can see on the pictures!!
The kitchen is fully equipped with a pot, pans, glass, dishes etc.
There is NO ADDITIONAL COST for electricity, water or Internet, everything is included in monthly payment.
Flat is in a quiet residential area.
5 min to Bus Station
10 - 15 min to reach Straßenbahn station 'Wienerstraße' and 'Offenbach-Stadtgrenze', and S-bahn 'Offenbach Hbf'.
House is located exactly on the border of Frankfurt and Offenbach. From the window, you can see sign STADTGRENZE.
Near to the flat, there are a bakery, a pizzeria, grocery shops like HIT and REWE, and needless to say a good kebab shop...;)
Building is located next to the entrance of highway A661 and it's good connected to A5 and A3. It takes 12 minutes to downtown and around 10 minutes to Frankfurt Airport by car.
We are calm and quiet, and do not have any laud party. We trust, help and respect our privacy each other.
We are looking for someone who will pay always on time and keep the flat clean.
