Das freie Zimmer liegt im 2.OG der Wohnung, wo sich auch ein weiteres Zimmer und ein kleines Gäste-WC befinden. Im Erdgeschoss haben wir einen eigenen separaten Eingangsbereich, im ersten Obergeschoss befinden sich Küche, Wohnzimmer, Bad und Balkon, sowie ein weiteres Zimmer.
Das freie Zimmer ist ca. 20 m² groß und besitzt wie auf den Bildern zu sehen einige Dachschrägen. Das Zimmer ist in der Mitte abgetrennt und so in zwei kleinere Räume unterteilt. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet. Ein LAN-Kabel ist vorhanden.
Alle anderen Räumen verbleiben in der Ausstattung, wie sie auf den Fotos zu sehen sind. Hier verändern sich von Zeit zu Zeit auch manche Dinge und du kannst dich gerne in die Gestaltung miteinbringen :).
Der Internetanschluss läuft aktuell auf 25 MB/s, wird nächstes Jahr aber auf Glasfaser ausgebaut und bekommt dann mindestens 300 MB/s.

The free room is on the second floor together with one other room and a small bathroom. On the first floor are the bathroom, kitchen, balcony, living room and an other room. On the ground floor is just a small entrance area (just our flat).
The free room has a size of ~ 20 m² and is rented without furniture. The room is separated in two smaller rooms (living room and bedroom).
All other rooms stay as equipped as seen on the photos (of course negotiable, if you have any other ideas ;) ).
The internet runs currently at 25 MB/s, but will be upgraded next year to fibre with at least 300 MB/s.
Die Wohnung befindet sich am Rand vom Altdorf in Bovenden, die Leine (Fluss) ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar und zwischen den Feldern gibt es gute Möglichkeiten für Spaziergänge, Joggen, Radfahren, ... .
Die nächste Bushaltestelle erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 7 Minuten, von dort fährt mind. einmal pro Stunde ein Bus in die Innenstadt. Im Semesterticket sind die Linien 62, 180 und 185 enthalten.
Es gibt mehrere Bäcker, Einkaufmöglichkeiten (z.B. Rewe und Aldi), freitags einen Wochenmarkt, Ärzte, Apotheken, Banken, eine Tankstelle sowie ein gut aufgestellten Sport- und Tennisverein.
Bovenden ist ein selbstständiger Flecken und hat somit auch ein eigenes Bürgeramt.
Zum Nordcampus kommt man am besten mit dem Fahrrad, die Entfernung beträgt knapp 5 km.

The flat is at the edge of the old part ("Altdorf") of Bovenden, the river "Leine" is reachable in a few minutes. To the west, there are great possibilities for walking, jogging, biking, etc.
The next bus stop is about 7 min walking away, which has a direct connection to Göttingen center at least once per hour (included in the semester bus ticket). The central campus is directly reachable by bus and takes about 17 minutes. Next to the bus stop is also a bakery and about 100 m further are multiple supermarkets, banks, doctors, pharmacies, fuel stations. The village also has its own sports and tennis club.
The North Campus is reachable best by bike. The distance is close to 5 km.
Wir sind Christine, arbeitet an der Uni im Forstbereich, und Basti, studiert Jura im 5. Semester, sowie zwei kleine Hunde, die auch mit in der WG wohnen sowie ein kleiner Schwarm Fische. In der Freizeit beschäftigen wir uns unter anderem mit historischer Darstellung, Motorrädern, Fotografie und Joggen.
Wenn es zeitlich klappt kochen und backen wir auch gerne zusammen, dann i.d.R. meist vegetarisch oder vegan. Abends sitzen wir häufiger in der Küche oder Wohnzimmer zum Quatschen zusammen. Wir sind beide keine Party-Menschen, sondern freuen uns eher über Spieleabende mit Freunden. In der WG nehmen wir aufeinander Rücksicht und informieren uns z.B. gegenseitig darüber wenn jemand zu Besuch kommt oder wenn man übers Wochenende nicht da ist.
Hier in der WG haben wir keinen Putzplan, sind aber sehr ordentliche Menschen, so dass es hier auch ohne Plan super funktioniert :)
Wir suchen jmdn, der gut in die WG passt, entspannt und selbstständig ist.

Your potential future flatmates are Christine and Basti.
Christine works at the university in forest since and has (like all forest people) a dog.
Basti is studying law in the fifth semester and has also a little dog.
The living in the falt is relaxed and without fixed duties like cleaning plans. Jointly cooking (vegetarian preferred) and playing occurs, but not regular, hence we all spend a lot of time in the university.
Relaxed meetings during meals occur more often in the evening.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 31.3. verfügbar.
