In unserem linken Hausprojekt, nahe Zentralcampus (Altbau, Dielen, große Fenster) wird ein Zimmer frei ab dem 01.02.22
Das Zimmer ist etwa 16qm groß und kostet 185, darin ist alles enthalten (Internet, GEZ; Zeitungsabos, etc)
Wir sind eine zehner-WG mit grünem Garten, einer gemütlichen Wohnküche, großem Keller (mit Werkzeug- und Pflanzen- und Fahrradkeller), einem gemeinsamen Bad und 2 Klos auf dem Flur.
Bei uns wohnen Menschen mit verschiedenen Lebensentwürfen. Einige studieren, aber nicht alle. Andere Lohnarbeiten, sind politisch aktiv oder werkeln im Garten. Wir sind ein linkes politisches Haus, aber jede*r lebt unseren gemeinsamen Konsens anders aus.

As a recent squat and left-wing housing project we are looking for a new flat mate from February 2022 on. As an old building, the house has large windows and planks. It is close to the Z-Campus
The available room is about 16qm and costs barely 185 EUR, including internet, GEZ, newspaper subscriptions, etc.
All people have different living realities. Some are students, some have a wage labor, etc. Although, we are political left-wing, people are politically active in different ways, however it is not a prerequisite to stay with us.
In general, we are 10 people in a shared house with a big and green garden, a big basement for various purposes, one commonly used bathroom and two small toilets.

Wir sind alle zwischen Anfang 20 und Anfang 30 und finden alternative Wohnformen gut. Wir setzen uns für selbstverwaltetes Wohnen in Verknnüpfung mit anderen selbstverwalteten Häusern ein. Wir Kochen und Essen gemeinsam, trinken ein Gläschen oder zelebrieren das Leben bei einer schönen Feier im Keller oder Garten. Unser alltägliches Zusammenleben gestaltet sich durch Spielen, gemeinsames Basteln und Bauen, Filme schauen, Rauchen oder gemeinsames Arbeiten. Außerdem lebt in unserer WG eine freundliche Hündin.
Wir haben eine WG-Kasse aus dem die Dinge des alltäglichen Bedarfs Lebensmittel, Hygieneprodukte (ja, auch Periodenprodukte) etc. gemeinsam bezahlt werden, damit solltest du einverstanden sein. Wir legen viel Wert auf ein angenehmes Miteinander. Das ist für uns grundsätzlich unvereinbar mit jeglicher Form von Rassismus, Nationalismus, und Sexismus. Deswegen haben auch Burschis nichts bei uns zu suchen.

We are all between 20 and 30 and like the way of alternative and affordable living situation for everyone. We are pushing forward self-regulated housing as part of other self-regulated housing projects. We are cooking and eating together, we like to hang around and drink or celebrate the live in our basement or garden. Our daily live in the house with the flat mates is about chatting, gardening, playing a game, tinkering, do yoga in the morning, do construction work, watching movies, or smoking. Also, one flat mate owns a very friendly and cute dog.
We have a cash desk to collect the goods that are used for the daily uses as food, hygiene products (definitely including period products) that are commonly paid. You should be convinced with that. We attach importance to a good society. We absolutely have an aversion against any kind of racism, nationalism, and sexism. Therefore, there is no space for fraternity in our house.
