Das Zimmer ist 15qm groß und durch den Holzboden und die Ausrichtung zum Garten sehr gemütlich und ruhig. Im Zimmer werden ein Schrank und eine Kommode bleiben, die kostenlos übernommen werden können. Die WG befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus und ist in top Zustand. Wir haben eine voll ausgestattete Küche (inkl. Spüllmaschine), es ist alles da um sich beim Kochen auszutoben :)
Außerdem hat die Wohnung zwei Bäder, wodurch es morgens nie zum Stau kommt.
The room is 15sq meter big and very cozy due to the wooden floor. The room overlooking the garden and is thus very quiet. Sara will leave a dresser and a large wardrobe, which can be taken over at no extra cost. The flat is in a house with other families and shared flats and in a top condition. We have a completely equipped kitchen (incl. a dish washer), you can get creative when cooking :)
In addition, the flat has two bathrooms, so we never have any problems in the morning.
Das Haus liegt im nördlichen Teil von Rohrbach auf der Höhe der Eichendorffplatz Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Es liegt etwas den Hang rauf. Unser Haus ist umgeben von schicken Villen und wodurch die Lage sehr ruhig ist. Man hat alles Wichtige ganz in der Nähe:
* Straßenbahn (23 & 24): 3 Minuten zu Fuß
* Supermarkt: 7 Minuten zu Fuß
* Bismarckplatz: 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad
* Hauptbahnhof: 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad
* Bhf Kirchheim/Rohrbach: 6 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad
* Ins Grüne: 1 Minute zu Fuß
The house is located in the northern part of Rohrbach close to the Eichendorffplatz tram stop. It is a little up the hill and the street is very quiet. Our house is surrounded by large (and probably very expensive) mansions. All important facilities are very close:
* Tram stop (23 & 24): 3 minutes walking
* small supermarket: 7 minutes walking
* Bismarckplatz: 10 minutes biking
* Main station: 10 minutes biking
* Station Kirchheim/Rohrbach: 6 minutes biking
* Into nature: 1 minute walking
Wir sind keine einfache Zweck-WG, sondern genießen das entspannte Zusammenwohnen. Gerne sitzen wir Abends zusammen, kochen was und diskutieren über Arbeit, das Leben oder was sonst so ansteht. Anderseits ist es auch kein Problem, wenn sich jemand zurückzieht oder eine Weile nicht da ist.
Die anderen beiden Zimmer haben einen Balkon mit grandiosen Blick über Rohrbach, beim dem sich im Sommer grandios der Sonnenuntergang genießen lässt. Hier findet ein Großteil des WG-Lebens statt.
We are not just living together, because it is cheaper, but because we enjoy having each other's company. We like to sit together in the evening, cook something, and talk about work, life, politics, and whatever else is happening. However, it's also no problem if someone needs some space.
The other two rooms have a balcony with a grandiose view over Rohrbach. Especially in summer, this is where most of our WG-life is happening.
Sara verläss, um in ihre eigenen 4-Wände zu ziehen. Und da sie das Zimmer auch schon geräumt hat, kann es bei Bedarf auch früher bezogen werden.

Sara will leave us to move into her own apartment. And as she has already cleaned out her old room, it would be possible to move in earlier, if so desired.
