Wir befinden uns in zentraler Lage in der Innenstadt West. Die Haltestelle Europaplatz, von der aus ganz Karlsruhe gut zu erreichen ist, liegt 5 Gehminuten entfernt. In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere Supermärkte (dm, Lidl, Edeka, Rewe). Aufgrund der zentralen Lage befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung zahlreiche Bars, Cafés und Restaurants.
Da die Wohnung in einer Straße neben den Kneipen liegt, kommt es nachts auch bei geöffnetem Fenster selten zu Lärmbelästigungen.

Das KIT ist 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.
Die PH und die Hochschule Karlsruhe sind 4 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.

We are located in a central area in Innenstadt-West. The Europaplatz tram stop, from where you can easily reach all parts of Karlsruhe, is a 5-minute walk away. There are several supermarkets nearby, including dm, Lidl, Edeka and Rewe.

Due to the central location, there are also many bars, cafés and restaurants in the immediate area. Since the flat is located on a street next to the nightlife area rather than directly in it, noise at night is rare, even with the window open.

KIT is 5 minutes away by bike.
PH Karlsruhe and Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences are 4 minutes away by bike.

In unserer WG legen wir Wert auf ein angenehmes, respektvolles und entspanntes Zusammenleben. Wir wünschen uns keine reine Zweck-WG, sondern ein Zuhause, in dem man sich wohlfühlt, Rücksicht aufeinander nimmt.

Gleichzeitig ist uns wichtig, dass jede Person ihren eigenen Alltag, ihre Ruhe und Privatsphäre haben kann. Ein freundlicher Umgang, offene Kommunikation und ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit in den Gemeinschaftsbereichen sind für uns selbstverständlich.

Schön wäre, wenn du berufstätig bist oder einen geregelten Alltag hast. Grundsätzlich sind wir aber offen für alle, solange es menschlich gut passt. Am wichtigsten sind uns gegenseitiger Respekt, Zuverlässigkeit und ein gutes Gefühl im Zusammenleben.

At the same time, it is important to us that everyone has their own daily routine, peace and privacy. A friendly atmosphere, open communication and a reasonable level of cleanliness in the shared areas are very important to us.

It would be nice if you are working or have a structured daily routine. In general, however, we are open to anyone, as long as it feels like a good personal fit. What matters most to us is mutual respect, reliability and a good feeling when living together.

Hinweis: Die Bilder wurden noch während der Renovierung der Fensterfront aufgenommen. Die Renovierungsarbeiten sind mittlerweile abgeschlossen. Neue Bilder vom Heizkörper und vom Balkon folgen.
