Ich biete ein großes, möbliertes Zimmer in netter 3-er Berufstätigen/Studenten-WG zur Zwischenmiete.
Meine Mitbewohner heißen praktischerweise beide Simon bzw. (Jan)-Simon, sind Anfang und Ende 30, sind sehr nett und machen beide was mit Medien... :-).
Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. WC und Badezimmer sind getrennt. Die Gemeinschaftsräume werden von einer Putzhilfe gereinigt.
Es gibt eine große Fensterfront, die kann bei Bedarf komplett verdunkelt werden kann, falls jemand nachts arbeitet oder gerne lange schläft.
Und natürlich gibt es WLAN. Eine Nutzung vom smartTV ist möglich.
Es gibt einen Aufzug und Fahrradstellplatz im Hof.

Nahe an der Haltestelle Gutenbergstraße (Linie 5). Bahnhof West, Bahnhof Ehrenfeld sowie die Linie 3 und 4 der Stadtbahn sind fußläufig erreichbar, gute Anbindung zum Hbf.
