Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende,
ab dem 15.06. muss ich mich leider von meinem WG-Zimmer in unserer gemütlichen Wohnung trennen & möchte es daher zur Nachmiete anbieten. Das Zimmer ist etwa 13qm groß, hat weiß gestrichene Wände und einen hellen Parkettboden. Da wir innerhalb des Hauses die Dachgeschosswohnung belegen, besitzt das Zimmer wie allen Weiteren eine Dachschräge. Ich würde mich freuen dir innerhalb des Raums die hellen Regalbretter (parallel zum Bett und über der Heizung) und die beiden hohen Kleidderschränke zu überlassen (einer davon liegt gerade quer im Wohnzimmer).
Das Datum deines Einzugs ist ziemlich flexibel, frei ist das Zimmer ab Mitte des Monats, du kannst aber natürlich auch zu einem etwas späteren Zeitpunkt einziehen.
Unsere 55qm Wohnung besteht neben dem zu vermietenden Zimmer aus einer kleinen Küche, in der du neben viel Bewegungsfreiheit vermutlich nichts missen wirst; und einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer. Dort steht eine geräumige Couch, die geeignet ist für Übernachtungsgäste und ein runder Esstisch, den wir gerne zum Kartenspielen nutzen. Außerdem gibt es dort noch einen kleinen Wandschrank um ein paar Dinge zu verstauen. Im Keller des Hauses gibt es einen gemeinsamen Waschraum, in dem jede Partei ihre eigene Waschmaschine + Trockner stehen hat. Der angrenzende Garten ist zwar Teil der Erdgeschosswohnung, der dort lebende Heinz ist aber ein super freundlicher Mensch und bietet dir sicher an diesen mitzubenutzen. Im Garten gibt es dazu die Möglichkeit ein Fahrrad unterzustellen.

Hello dear apartment seekers,
from 15.06. I unfortunately have to part with my WG room in our cozy apartment & would therefore like to offer it for re-rent. The room is about 13sqm, has white painted walls and a light parquet floor. Since we occupy the attic apartment within the house, the room has a roof slope like all the others. I would be happy to surrender the light shelves (parallel to the bed and above the heating) and the two high wardrobes (one of them is just across the living room) to you.
The date of your moving in is quite flexible, the room is free from the middle of the month, but you can also move in at a later date.
Our 55 sqm apartment consists of the room for rent, a small kitchen, where you will probably not miss anything besides a lot of freedom of movement, and a cozy living room. There is a spacious couch, which is suitable for overnight guests and a round dining table, which we like to use for playing cards. There is also a small closet to store a few things.
In the basement of the house there is a common laundry room, where each party has its own washing machine + dryer. The adjacent garden is part of the first floor apartment, but Heinz, who lives there, is a super friendly person and certainly offers you to share it. In the garden there is also the possibility to store a bicycle.
Wir wohnen in einer beruhigten Wohnstraße am Junkersdorfer-Stadtrand Richtung Marsdorf. Die Bushaltestelle Sterrenhofweg ist in 2 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum Stadtwald, zur Sporthochschule und zur Linie 1 braucht man etwa 5min mit dem Rad. In die Stadt fährt man von dort ca. 15 min mit der 1. Nach Ehrenfeld kann man innerhalb von 20 min sehr gut radeln.
Einkaufen gehen wir in der Regel in Marsdorf (dort gibt es so gut wie alles: DM, Aldi, Globus, Decathlon...) oder fußläufig im REWE hier in Junkersdorf.

We live in a quiet residential street on the outskirts of Junkersdorf in the direction of Marsdorf. The bus stop Sterrenhofweg is within 2 min walking distance. To the city forest, to the sports university and to the line 1 you need about 5min by bike. From there it takes about 15 min to the city with the 1. To Ehrenfeld you can cycle very well within 20 min.
We usually go shopping in Marsdorf (there is almost everything: DM, Aldi, Globus, Decathlon...) or within walking distance in the REWE in Junkersdorf.
Du wirst mit Nataly zusammen wohnen, die eine sehr freundliche und umgängliche Mitbewohnerin ist. Sie kommt ursprünglich aus Kolumbien und ist vor einigen Jahren für ihr Studium nach Köln gezogen. Inzwischen ist sie berufstätig und arbeitet derzeit von zu Hause. Für das Zusammenleben wünscht sie sich eine/n nette/n und ruhige/n Mitbewohner*in. Von Bedeutung ist ihr ein respektvoller Umgang und ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit.

You will live with Nataly, who is a very friendly and sociable roommate. She is originally from Colombia and moved to Cologne a few years ago for her studies. In the meantime she has a job and is currently working from home. She would like to live with a nice and quiet roommate. Respectful interaction and a certain degree of cleanliness are important to her.
In dem genannten Abschlag sind die Kleiderschränke und Regalbretter deines Zimmers, als auch deine Anteile an den Möbeln des Wohnzimmers und der Waschmaschine enthalten.
Wenn du die Wohnung gerne mit Nataly teilen möchtest, dann melde dich gerne mit ein paar Sätzen zu dir. Für eine Besichtigung (ob online oder vorort) können wir uns dann gemeinsam absprechen.
