Das Zimmer was frei wird hat 13m2, liegt an der Westseite und ist möbliert mit Schrank, Kommode und 1,60er Bett. Es liegt neben Lous Zimmer und der WG-Küche, deshalb kann es vorkommen, dass Geräusche aus der Küche hörbar sind. Wir sind aber keine Party-WG und sind abends meistens nicht lange in action.
Wir haben zwei große Bäder mit Badewannen und Klo und eine große Gemeinschaftsküche mit Spülmaschine.

The room that is for rent has 13m2. It faces west and is furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a 1.60m bed. It is located next to Lou's room and the shared kitchen, so you may hear noise from the kitchen. However, we are not a party wg and don't usually stay up late in the evenings.
We have two large bathrooms with bathtubs and toilets and a large shared kitchen with a dishwasher.

Ja, Kleinzschocher ist nicht unbedingt ein Szenekiez und ein bisschen weiter weg, aaber...

...wir habens nur 15 Minuten zum Cosi und man kann mega schön durch den Auwald und das Elsterflutbecken hinlaufen (ca. 1h)
... der Volkspark, der Auwald und sogar ne Badestelle an der Weißen Elster sind alle innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen
...wenn wir in die Innenstadt wollen, können wir einen großen Teil der Strecke durch die Parks und an den Kanälen entlang fahren

Auf die Szenekieze müssen wir natürlich nicht verzichten - Plagwitz und Lindenau sind quasi ums Eck. Hier gibt es zahlreiche Hausprojekte, Ateliers, Undergroundlocations und, und, und.. aber auch die gentrifizierte Heile-Welt-Bubble mit Bars, Cafés, Unverpackt-Läden...
Achja, ganz nah bei uns befindet sich der Lixer, ein Hausprojekt, in dem es regelmäßig Küfa (Küche für alle) und andere offene Angebote (z.B. Spieleabende) gibt.

7 Minuten Fußweg von hier fährt die Straßenbahn (Linie 1/2/3) direkt in die Innenstadt.

Yes, Kleinzschocher isn't exactly a trendy neighborhood and it's a bit further away, but...

...it's only 15 minutes to Cosi and you can take a really nice walk through the forest (approx. 1 hour)
...the Volkspark, the forest, and a swimming spot on the White Elster are all within a 10-minute walk.
... to go to the city center you can ride most of the way through the parks and along the canals.

Plagwitz and Lindenau are just around the corner. There are numerous housing projects, studios, indie venues, bars, cafés, etc and very close to us is the Lixer, a housing project that regularly hosts Küfa (kitchen for everyone) and other open events (e.g., game nights).

A 7-minute walk from here, the tram (lines 1/2/3) takes you directly to the city center.

Wir sind Lou (Lou/keine) und Faro (dey) und haben Lust auf ein gemütliches, gemeinschaftliches Zusammenleben. Teil von unseren Leben sind Bodywork, schöne Pop-Megahits singen und auf dem epiano klimpern, tanzen und viel kuscheln, manchmal hustlen, viel lachen und zusammen fühlen (üben).
Wir teilen die meisten Lebensmittel und kochen oft für- und miteinander.

Wir sind eine 4er WG und vermieten im selben Zeitraum noch ein anderes Zimmer unter.

We are Lou (Lou/none) and Faro (dey). Things taar we do together are bodywork, singing pop megahits and rocking the epiano, dancing and cuddling a lot, sometimes hustling, laughing lots and trying to make space for emotionality and vulnerability. We share most of our food and often cook for and with each other.

We are a 4 people wg and are renting another room during the same period.
