Leider wird unser drittes Mitbewohni diesen Dezember ausziehen, deswegen suchen wir eine FLINTA*-Person ab 25 Jahren für unsere Wohnung in der Lützner Strasse in Lindenau. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock in einem sehr schön sanierten Altbau. Die Nachbar*innen sind fast alle junge Studierende. Sowohl die Karl-Heine Strasse als auch der Lindenauer Markt sind nur einige hundert Meter weit entfernt. Das Zimmer ist vergleichsweise klein mit 14 m², es hat hohe Decken, außerdem geht es zum Hinterhof und ist deswegen sehr ruhig. Zur Wohnung gehören außerdem ein Bad mit Badewanne, ein Kellerabteil und eine kleine, seperate Abstellkammer.
Du würdest zusammenwohnen mit Moni (24, sie/keine/they) und Kev*in (35, keine/they), beide queer, nichtbinär und neurodivers. Moni hat gerade ihr Studium beendet und macht einen Bundesfreiwilligendienst in einer Behinderteneinrichtung. Sie steht auf Dart, Skateboardfahren, Sprühen, Tischtennis, Punk-Konzerte und Chemie Leipzig. Kev*in ist in linken Vereinen aktiv, macht eine Küfa und gibt einmal die Woche einen Deutschkurs. Ausserdem liest Kev*in speculative fiction und linke Theorie, mag Lesekreise und Workshops, zeichnet und ist gerne mit anderen kreativ.
Das Zimmer würde warm 240,- kosten. Rauchen ist im Zimmer und in der Küche OK, Haustiere – außer Katzen – wären kein Problem. Da nicht mehr so viel Zeit ist würden wir uns mit Interessierten gerne so schnell wie möglich persönlich treffen. Wir freuen uns auf euch.

Sadly, our third room-mate will move out this December, so we are now searching for a Flinta*-person who‘s at least 25 years old for our flat in Lützner Str., in Lindenau. The flat is in the second floor of a very nicely restaurated historical building. The neighbours are almost all young college students. At 14 sqm. the room is relatively small, it has high ceilings, it faces the back-yard and is therefore very quiet. The flat also includes a large bath-room with a bath-tub, a basement compartment, and a seperate small storage chamber.
You’d live together with Moni (25, they/she) and Kev*in (35, they), both non-binary, queer and neurodivergent. Moni has just graduated and is now doing a federal volunteer service (Bundesfreiwilligendient) in an initiuative for the handicapped. They like darts, skate-boarding, spraying, table-tennis, Punk-comcerts and the Chemie Leipzig soccer-club. Kev*in is active in leftist initiatives, does a solidarity restaurant (Küfa) and gives free German classes once a week. Otherwise they read speculative fiction and leftist theory, like reading groups and seminaries, draw and enjoy being creative with other.
The room would cost 240,- € all in all. Smoking is allowed in your own room, pets are no problem, except cats. Since there’s not so much time anymore, we would like to meet in person with any interested people as soon as possible. We’re looking forward to seeing you.
