Suchen neues 4er- WG- Mitglied!

Das Waldstraßenviertel liegt super zentral. Die Haltestelle Waldplatz und Leibnitzstraße sind zu fuß in max. 5 min erreichbar. Mit den Bahnen, die dort fahren kommst du überall hin. Fast alle fahren über den Hauptbahnhof- zu dem du überigens auch in 10 min chillig laufen kannst. Mit dem Rad bist du ebenfalls schnell in der Gottschedstraße zum Essen und Trinken, am Sportforum zum sporteln, oder im Rosental (ist sozuagen unser grüner Nachbar) zum Natur genießen. Also eine perfekte Mischung zwischen Trubel und Erholung.
Die Gustav-Adolf Straße ist nicht sehr befahren, somit ist es eigentlich ziemlich ruhig. Die Straßenbahnen sind nicht zu hören. Im Innenhof ist es auch sehr leise, der Stadtlärm wird durch die umliegenden Häuser fern gehalten, sodass hier eher Vögel den Ton angeben.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Konsum, Netto, Aldi, Rewe) ist auch gleich alles in der Nähe und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The Waldstraßenviertel is in a super central location. The Waldplatz and Leibnitzstraße stops are a 5-minute walk away. You can get everywhere with the trams that run there. Almost all of them go via the main station, which you can also walk to in 10 minutes. By bike, you can also quickly get to Gottschedstraße for food and drink, to Sportforum for sports, or to Rosental (our green neighbour, so to speak) to enjoy nature. So it's a perfect mix of hustle and bustle and relaxation.
Gustav-Adolf Straße is not very busy, so it is actually quite quiet. You can't hear the trams. It is also very quiet in the courtyard, the city noise is kept away by the surrounding houses, so birds tend to set the tone here.

Shopping facilities (Konsum, Netto, Aldi, Rewe) are all nearby and within walking distance.

Wir sind Elsa, Jonas, Tobi und Anna.

Elsa (26) ist viel sportlich unterwegs. Wasserball, Volleyball oder irgendwelche Workouts. Sie ist eine wirklich gute Köchin und macht die beste Erdnusssoße, die ich je probiert habe. Für einen Vino auf dem Balkon oder in der Küche ist sie fast immer zu haben. Sie hat Sonderpädagogik studiert und ist bald mit ihrem Referendariat fertig.

Jonas(26) hat Maschinenbau studiert und ist vor einiger Zeit für seinen Job nach Leipzig gezogen. Er ist super viel sportlich unterwegs und ist unser Handwerker in der WG. Wenn er nicht gerade beim Bouldern oder Volleyball ist, ist er eigentlich immer für eine Unternehmung zu haben. Auch einem Pläuschen auf dem Balkon bei einem (+x) Bier
oder einem guten Gläschen Wein ist er selten abgeneigt.

Elsa und Jonas sind ein Paar und wollen demnächst sich eine eigene Wohnung suchen, sodass du auch in ein größeres Zimmer umziehen könntest.

Tobi (27) ist auch in der Endphase seines Referendariats für Sport und Gemeinschaftskunde. Insgesamt ist er auch viel unterwegs- im Fitti als Trainer oder zum selbst trainieren, oder beim Fußball (auch Trainer und Spieler). Wenn Zeit ist auch andere Aktvitäten. Aber wenn er zu Hause ist, ist er immer für ein kleines Pläuschchen zu haben.

Anna (22)- ich wohne derzeit in dem kleinen feinen Zimmer und habe die Zeit in der wg sehr genossen, möchte nun aber neue Wege einschlagen.

Wie du schon rausgelesen hast, sind wir alle ziemlich viel unterwegs in unserer Freizeit und kommen deshalb manchmal alle erst Abends nach Hause eingetrudelt. Wir sind auch sozial außerhalb der WG alle ziemlich gut verankert, sodass wir keine Familien-WG sind. Auch am Wochenende sind wir viel unterwegs. Derzeit sind unsere gemeinsamen WG-Abende dadurch tatsächlich etwas in den Hintergrund gerückt. Wir sind aber total offen für einen neuen Spirit und freuen uns auf neuen Wind und neue Ideen :). Ob du jetzt Studi bist, schon arbeitest oder eine Ausbildung machst, ist uns eigentlich egal. Wert legen wir aber auf einen gewissen Grad an Selbstständigkeit, Sauberkeit und guten Humor. Teddy zum Beispiel. ;)

Wir würden ab der letzten Novemberwoche anfangen Leute einzuladen. Wir freuen uns auf deine Nachricht!

We are Elsa, Jonas, Tobi and Anna.

Elsa (26) is into sports a lot. Water polo, volleyball or any workouts. She is a really good cook and makes the best peanut sauce I have ever tasted. She is almost always available for a vino on the balcony or in the kitchen. She studied special education and will soon finish her traineeship.

Jonas(26) studied mechanical engineering and moved to Leipzig some time ago for his job. He is super into sports and is our handyman in the shared flat. When he's not bouldering or playing volleyball, he's always up for something. He also enjoys a chat on the balcony with a (+x) beer
or a good glass of wine.

Elsa and Jonas are a couple and want to get their own flat soon, so you could also move into a bigger room.

Tobi (27) is also in the final phase of his traineeship for sports and social studies. He is also on the road a lot - at the gym as a trainer or to train himself, or at the football (also trainer and player). If there is time, he also does other activities. But when he is at home, he is always available for a little chat.

Anna (22)- I am currently living in the small fine room and have enjoyed the time in the wg very much, but now want to go new ways.

As you have already read, we are all out and about quite a lot in our free time and therefore sometimes all only arrive home in the evening. We are also all pretty well anchored socially outside the flat-sharing community, so we are not a family flat-sharing community. We are also out and about a lot at weekends. At the moment, our shared flat-sharing evenings have really taken a back seat. But we're totally open to a new spirit and look forward to a new wind and new ideas :). It doesn't really matter to us whether you are a student, already working or doing an apprenticeship. What we do value is a certain degree of independence, cleanliness and a good sense of humour. Teddy, for example ;)
