Ich suche eine:n Nachmieter:in für mein WG-Zimmer in einer wunderschönen Altbauwohnung direkt am Stintmarkt. Das frei werdende Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber da ein großes Hochbett eingebaut ist, hat man genügend Platz. Das Zimmer hat einen schönen Holzfußboden und zwei hohe Fenster, durch die Nachmittags viel Licht hereinkommt. Auf dem Hochbett kann ein bis zu 2m breite Matratze liegen. Man kann sich außerdem auch wunderbar in der riesigen Wohnküche aufhalten, wo ein gemütliches Sofa, ein Geigenfeigen-Baum und ein großer Esstisch stehen. Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Balkon, wo gegen Mittag die Sonne drauf scheint. Die 14qm ergeben sich aus 10qm Grundfläche und 4qm Schlaffläche auf dem Hochbett. Das Zimmer wäre vermutlich (aber nicht unbedingt) die ersten beiden Monate noch möbliert mit dem weißen Schrank und Schreibtisch die auf den Bildern sind. Ab September wäre es aber spätestens auf jeden Fall leer :)

I'm looking for somebody to take over my lovely room in a beautiful old building at the Stintmarkt. The room is small, but thanks to a built in loft bed there is more than enough space. It has a nice wooden floor and two high windows, making it nicely bright at afternoons. A mattress up to 2m wide fits on the loft bed. You can also enjoy the huge kitchen/living room with a comfy sofa, a fig tree and a large dining table. There is also a small balcony upon which the sun shines around noon. The 14sqm consist of 10sqm of floor space and 4sqm of space on the loft bed. The room would probably (but not necessarily) still be furnished for the first two months with the white cupboard and desk shown in the pictures. But from September on at latest it would be fully yours to equip. :)
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Stintmarkt, dem Herzen von Lüneburg. Bis zum Bahnhof und zum Sande sind es mit dem Fahrrad 5 Minuten und bis zur Uni 15 Minuten. Man kann sehr schön an der Ilmenau entlangspazieren oder zum Lesen in den nahegelegenen Park, dem Liebesgrund, gehen. Da du mitten in der Innenstadt wohnst, ist alles was du brauchst in unmittelbarer Nähe und die beliebtesten Kneipen Lüneburgs sind direkt vor deiner Haustür.

The apartment is located directly at the Stintmarkt, the heart of Lüneburg. The train station and Am Sande are 2 minutes away by bike and the university is 12 minutes away. You can take a nice walk along the river Ilmenau or go to the nearby park, the Liebesgrund, to read. Since you live in the middle of the city centre, everything you need is close by and the most popular pubs in Lüneburg are right on your doorstep.
Du wirst mit Pascal und Rosanna zusammenwohnen. Pascal studiert Studium Individuale im 4. Semester, ist theaterbegeistert, politikinteressiert und hört sich gerne Podcasts an. Rosanna ist aus Italien nach Lüneburg gezogen, um hier in Philosophie zu promovieren. Sie kocht sehr leckere Gerichte aus ihrer Heimat, liest viel und arbeitet nebenher in einem Café. In der wunderschönen, großen Wohnküche wird oft den ganzen Nachmittag zusammengesessen, gespielt, eine Serie geschaut oder einfach schöne Musik angemacht und jeder arbeitet für sich. Gerne wird ab und zu zusammen gekocht, auf dem Markt eingekauft oder spazieren gegangen. Bisher sind wir gut ohne Putzplan ausgekommen und die Wohnung ist immer recht sauber und ordentlich.

You'll live with Pascal and Rosanna. Pascal is studying Individual Studies in his 4th semester, is enthusiastic about theatre, interested in politics and likes listening to podcasts. Rosanna moved to Lüneburg from Italy to do her doctorate in philosophy. She cooks tasty dishes from her home country, reads a lot and works in a café. In the beautiful and large kitchen we often sit together all afternoon, play games, watch a series or simply put on some nice music and everyone works for themselves. We like to cook together from time to time, shop at the market or go for a walk. So far we have managed well without a cleaning plan and the apartment is always quite clean and tidy.
Ich werde im Sommer nach Köln ziehen, deswegen wird mein Zimmer hier frei.
