Es ist also alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Alle Möbel gibt es ohne Abschlagszahlung.

Hello,
I will be moving out since finished my semester. The room will be available from 20th of June.
We can arrange the moving in date flexibly.
The room is located in the dormitory Ludwig Frank. The room is fully furnished with
- Wardrobe
- Shelf
- Desk + 2 chairs
- Bed
- bedside table
- Washbasin
- TV
Since the room has already everything you need, you can move in very flexibly. I don’t take charge for any furniture, so you have to do is move in :) International students are very welcome.
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind super. In 2 Minuten zu erreichen ist ein Netto und auch ein Dönerladen. In 5 Minuten erreicht ihr schon den nächsten Lidl.
2 Minuten zur Haltestelle „Ulmenweg“ – Bahn und Bus fahren direkt zur Universität und zum Hauptbahnhof.
Die Lage ist ruhig, aber es wohnen viele Studenten in der Nähe. Man findet also, wenn man mag, immer Jemanden zum unternehmen.

The shopping facilities are great. In 2 minutes to reach is a Supermarket and also a Kebab shop. In 5 minutes you already find the next Supermarket.
2 minutes to the station “Ulmenweg" - train and bus go directly to the university and Mannheim central station.
Das WG Leben is unkompliziert. Die beiden Mitbewohnerinnen sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der großen Küche hat man den Raum gemeinsam zu kochen oder den Abend miteinander zu verbringen. Man hat auf jeden Fall auch Rückzusgmöglichkeiten und kann gut ungestört sein. Es bieten sich super Gelegenheit auch internationale Studierende zu treffen. Jeder ist willkommen :) Insgesamt hatte ich eine super Zeit in der WG und habe mich immer gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

The life in a shared flat is uncomplicated. The two flatmates are super friendly and helpful. In the big kitchen you have the room to cook together or spend the evening together. In any case, you have the possibility to just study or be undisturbed in your room. There is also a great opportunity to meet international students. Everyone is welcome :) All in all, I had a great time here. You sure will be enjoying it here too.
