Description
The light-flooded maisonette apartment in a nice residential area has 2 bedrooms (one of them would be yours), as well as a large shared living room with balcony, kitchen, bathroom, and a small storage room. The house was built in 2007. You will be sharing the flat with a TUM student from Asia.

The bedroom offered for rent is on the upper floor. It is furnished and comes with bed, desk, wardrobe, mirror and shelves (see photos).

The large, shared living room comes with couch, dining table, chairs and a balcony.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, induction stove, oven, fridge and basic tableware/cutlery/pans/pots.
There is a washing machine in the apartment, as well as some cleaning utensils.

For relaxation or your daily running routine, the nature reserve 'Fröttmanninger Heide' is just a few minutes away. The nearest bus stop is 5 minutes walking distance (bus stop "Untere Länge"). The TU Munich university campus in Garching can be reached via U6 Kieferngarten subway station (7 min by bus). Parking on the street is free of charge.

Shops nearby include Lidl, Alnatura, dm, Aldi.
