Wir haben noch ein Zimmer in unserer internationalen 8er Loft-WG frei. Das Loft WG Haus besteht insgesamt aus 6 Wohneinheiten für 39 Studenten, Praktikanten und Young Professionals.
Die Wohnung wurde 2016 komplett neu renoviert und neu ausgestattet mit stylischen Bädern, einer neuen Küche, 3,30 m hohen Decken und allem was man braucht! Bist du auf der Suche nach einem schön möblierten, sauberen Zimmer in einer coolen Loft-Wohnung und gleichzeitig sozialen Anschluss… dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!!! :-)
Das Zimmer:
- Ca. 14 qm
- komplett möbliert: 140er Bett mit Bettzeug, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Lampen, Vorhang, Regal usw.
also einfach Klamotten mitbringen, einziehen, wohlfühlen.

Die WG ist in München – Neuperlach, direkt an der U-Bahn-Haltestelle Neuperlach Zentrum / PEP Neuperlach. Fußweg zur U-Bahn Station ist 5 min (näher als bei Google-Maps eingezeichnet). Mit der U5 oder U7 bist du ohne Umsteigen in 13 min der City (Odeonsplatz), in 8 min am Ostbahnhof, 14 min zum Stachus oder in 15 min ins Party-Viertel Glockenbach.

Das Schöne an unserer WG ist, das es genügend Platz gibt für Gesellschaft und Ruhe. Wer seine Ruhe haben will und für sich sein möchte, kann jederzeit in seinem Zimmer chillen. In der großen Wohnküche wird sicher immer wer sein zum quatschen, gemeinsam kochen, oder mal ein Bierchen oder Wein trinken :-)

We have one room available in our international 8-person loft co-living apartment. The loft co-living house consists of a total of 6 residential units for 39 students, interns and young professionals.
The apartment was completely renovated and refurbished in 2016 with stylish bathrooms, a new kitchen, 3.30 m high ceilings and everything you need! Are you looking for a nicely furnished, clean room in a cool loft apartment and social community at the same time ... come join us! :-)
