Die Wohnung umfasst 96 qm mit großer Küche, Wohnzimmer mit offenem Kamin und Balkon. Ca. 60 qm werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt.
Es gibt ein großes Bad mit Whirlpobadewanne, Dusche und Toilette
Es ist ein arbeitender Mitbewohner vorhanden der ab und an einen Hund in der Wohnung hat (keiner Mini-Australian Sheppard). Der Garten kann zur Entspannung mitgenutzt werden.
Der Pfuhler See lädt im Sommer zum Baden ein.
Der Rewe liegt direkt gegenüber (2 Min Entfernung). Bushaltestellen sind vorhanden und eine Eisdiele und Restaurants. Parkplätze finden sich auf der Straße. Ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschine steht zur Verfügung. Die Küche beinhaltet eine Spülmaschine. Ein Fahrradkeller ist auch vorhanden.

The apartment is 96 square meters with a large kitchen, living room with open fireplace, and balcony.
There is a large bathroom with whirlpool tub, shower, and toilet.
There is a working roommate who occasionally has a dog in the apartment (not a Miniature Australian Shepherd). The garden can also be used for relaxation.
Lake Pfuhler See is ideal for swimming in summer.
The Rewe supermarket is directly opposite (2 minutes away). There are bus stops, an ice cream parlor, and restaurants. Parking spaces are available on the street. A laundry room with a washing machine is available. The kitchen has a dishwasher. A bicycle storage room is also available.

Der Rewe liegt direkt gegenüber (2 Min Entfernung). Bushaltestellen sind direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden und eine Eisdiele und Restaurants. Parkplätze finden sich auf der Straße. Spaziermöglichkeiten in der Landschaft sind hinter dem Haus zugänglich. Vieles ist Fußläufig erreichbar. Der PFuhler See und der Thalfinger See sind mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen.

Parking spaces are available on the street. Walking trails in the countryside are accessible behind the building. Many amenities are within walking distance. Lake Pfuhler and Lake Thalfinger are easily accessible by bike.

Es ist keine Zweck-WG gedacht. Es habdelt sich um eine freundliche und aufgeschlossene WG. Ein respektvoller Umgang miteinander und eine offene Kommunikation ist wichtig. Damit sich jeder in der Gemeinschaft wohl fühlt und zuhause ankommen kann. Idealerweise bist du aufgeschlossen, kommunikativ und an einen langfristigen WG Verhältnis interessiert. Aber auch eine Zwischenmiete wäre möglich.
