Wir suchen eine/n neuen Mitbewohner/in in unserer gemütlicher 3er WG.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und ca. 18 qm groß. Es ist gut gedämmt, sowohl was Temperatur als auch Geräusche angeht. Das Fenster hat ein Zimmer zur Südseite, ist also tagsüber immer schön hell ausgeleuchtet.
Wir haben geschlossene Lagerräume im Keller und auf dem Dachboden und auf dem Hof ist Platz für Fahrräder. In der Küche ist alles für den täglichen Bedarf vorhanden.
Das Zimmer ist mittlerweile wieder ein bisschen anders eingeräumt als auf den Fotos. Über die Möbel bzw. deren Übernahme können wir gerne reden.

We are looking for a new member for our WG!
The room is 18 square meters. The room's window is in southern direction, so its a very bright room. We have storage space in the basement and attic, as well as room for bikes in the gated courtyard. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything necessary for daily use.
Die Wohnung liegt in Wöhrd - für mich die perfekte Lage zwischen Innenstadtnähe und Nähe zur Wöhrder Wiese - und ist sehr gut angebunden. Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Stresemannplatz) liegt direkt vor der Haustür. Die U-Bahn-Haltestelle Rathenauplatz ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Rewe, Edeka, Norma und andere Shops und Cafes finden sich auch der Nähe. Die Wöhrder Wiese, einer der schönsten grünen Flecken in Nürnberg, an dem man schöne Spaziergänge machen kann, ist auch zu Fuß weniger als 8 Minuten entfernt! Ins Stadtzentrum läuft man ca. 15 Minuten.

The apartment is in the neighborhood of "Wöhrd" and has many public transport options. Rathenauplatz U-Bahn and the Altstadt Wall are 5 minutes by foot, Rennweg U-Bahn is 2 minutes by foot, and there is a tram stop right near the building. Rewe, Edeka, and Norma supermarkets, plus many shops and cafe's can be found very close by, as well as the beautiful Wöhrder Wiese! Furthermore, you can walk to the city centre in about 15 minutes.
Deine Mitbewohner sind beide Studenten in Nürnberg. Sarah ist das längste WG Mitglied, Carmen ist erst vor Kurzem dazugestoßen.
Beide sind für Filmabende, gemeinsames Essen und Spaziergänge zu haben, wenn es die Terminpläne zulassen.
