Hello!
I’m spending my summer in Sweden, therefore I’m renting out my room in my beautiful 3 room apartment, which I am sharing with my lovely flat mate Jasmin.
The apartment measures ca 77 m2 with a balcony towards the garden-side (perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening). It has a common kitchen and living room and a newly renovated toilet and bathroom with bathtub and waschingmaschine. There’s also a free parking lot in the garage.
The two bedrooms are equally big, ca 15 m2, and are located with some distance from each other - so it’s always possible to withdraw and seek some privacy when needed.
My bedroom is also located towards the garden side and is therefor very quite. It includes one bed, a small coach, a wardrobe, a bookshelf and a “Sekretär” which you can use as a desk.
-Included in the deal is also my dear flatmate Jasmin who will spend parts of her summer in Salzburg. Jasmin is a Sonnenstrahl from Bayern who loves all animals, Aperol and sunny days. Furthermore - she is very tidy! 👌
The apartment is in Zentrum Herrnau, with supermarkets just around the corner and bus stop 1 minute away. Within 10-15 minutes you are in the city center or at the central station. City center is not more 2,5 km away, so biking is also a great option!
Close by is also Hellbrunner Allé or the Salzach river, for beautiful walks or joggs.
My room is available from the1st of June till beginning of August. (Probably around the 10th but exact date is not settled yet).
