Die Wohnung ist als 2-Zimmer-WG geplant. Ein Zimmer wird jedoch nicht vermietet und als Arbeitsatelier genutzt. Dieses Atelier wird ca. 3–4 Mal pro Woche für einige Stunden von einer jungen Frau genutzt. In dieser Zeit wird die Wohnung kurz betreten, wobei ausschließlich das Atelier genutzt wird. Küche, Bad und dein Zimmer stehen dir ansonsten alleine zur Verfügung, sodass du faktisch die meiste Zeit alleine in der Wohnung lebst.
Für zusätzlichen Komfort und Ruhe verfügt das Zimmer über eine hochwertige Schallschutztüre (37 dB Rw, P – Schallschutzklasse 2), die dafür sorgt, dass Alltagsgeräusche deutlich gedämpft werden.
Es erwartet dich ein brandneues 90x200 cm Boxspringbett, in dem noch niemand geschlafen hat. Der höhenverstellbare Schreibtisch ermöglicht dir entspanntes Lernen im Sitzen oder Stehen. Außerdem stehen dir 10 hochwertige Holzbügel, ein neuer Teppich sowie moderne, gemütliche Möbel zur Verfügung.
Das Internet in der WG ist Glasfaser mit 1000 Mbit/s Download und 500 Mbit/s Upload – perfekt für Online-Vorlesungen, Cloud-Dienste, Gaming oder Videokonferenzen.
Die Küche ist komplett neu eingerichtet und voll ausgestattet:
Messer, Teller, Besteck, Gläser, Töpfe, Pfannen, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Eierkocher – alles ist vorhanden und ebenfalls neu. Dazu kommt ein moderner Induktionsherd, sodass du direkt loskochen kannst.

The apartment is planned as a two-room shared apartment. One room, however, is not rented out and is used as a working atelier. This atelier is used approximately 3–4 times per week for a few hours by a young woman. During these times, the apartment is briefly entered, but only the atelier is used. The kitchen, bathroom, and your room are otherwise exclusively for your use, meaning you effectively live alone in the apartment most of the time.

Die WG befindet sich in der Hechinger Straße in Stuttgart-Möhringen, einer sehr gut angebundenen und praktischen Wohnlage. In unmittelbarer Umgebung liegen zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Supermärkte, Bäcker, Metzger, Banken und verschiedene Restaurants. Alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.
